"Annonce quelque peu trompeuse, vous ne serez pas au milieu des vignes, vous ne les verrez même pas de votre logement.Vous serez au bord d'une route très passante ou les gens roulent à grande vitesse. Vous aurez les bruits de roulement incessants si vous comptez manger dehors.La décoration très "anglaise" est assez particulière...Si vous avez des animaux de compagnie attendez vous à ce qu'on vous demande un caution de 500 euros à votre arrivée !La piscine est vraiment très bien ! "Au dela de la maison qui est spacieuse, aveg tous les équipements necessaires dont four micro ondes sechoirs lisseurs, linge de lit de toilette, c est l accueil chaleureux d anita qui m a fait chaud au coeur. Sa gentillesse, sa generosite ont ete extraordinaires. Merci mille fois anita"

"Very nice English influenced clean house. Big garden with all the privacy. Private parking just next to the house. We had very nice chats with the owner. Because of a bit rainy weather sometimes we didn't use the swimming pool much, but the pool was very big and nice to swim in. Thanks Chris and Gill for this lovely week!"

"Tout s’est très bien passé et l’environnement est paisible et calme. Pour nous qui souhaitions assister au festival de Marciac, le lieu est un peu isolé et éloigné pour rentrer le soir. L’aménagement est minimaliste. Les chambres sont dans les combles avec velux (pas de fenêtre sur les beaux paysages). Une seule salle de bain pour 3 chambres …. Et pas de WC séparé … peu pratique quand on est 5 adultes. Pas de commerce proches même pour dépanner en produits de base. Mais les propriétaires sont...

"Nous étions 5 adultes et un enfant de dernière minute, mais Simon et Paulette nous ont accueilli sans soucis. Nous venions pour le RPGers à plaisance qui est à 15 min en voiture, C'était parfait ! On n'a malheureusement pas profité de la piscine partagée autant qu'on l'aurait souhaité à cause du temps, mais celle ci avait l'air super. Merci ! "

"Tout est conforme aux photos, la maison est vraiment grande et tres propre. Le jardin est top et bien entretenu. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Le propriétaire est adorable! Il nous a accueilli avec des petites attentions: oeufs frais, vin, jus: quel accueil ! "

"We were transported back to the 13th century which is the age of this beautifully restored gîte. Our hosts Pascal and Christine were welcoming and answered all our questions about the area. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Local amenities such as a foie gras cooperative and boulangerie in nearby Riguepeu and Vic Fezensac were part of our feeling of being at home among new friends."

"No air-conditioning — while this is perhaps mentioned somewhere, we did not notice when booking. We spent two nights there, with daily highs around 40 Celsius. 4m ceilings and stone walls help somewhat, but still, not very comfortable. The bathroom lacks shelving and counter space. Lastly, we booked an Armagnac tour and experience, but apparently the person who does it is not working on Tuesdays. One of the staff members opened the place for us and explained a few things, but still again: why take a reservation for something you know you cannot do. Of the nice things: The grounds are nice, we enjoyed walking through the vineyards in the mornings. The starters at the dinner were also exceptional. The staff were friendly and it felt like home. "

It is minutes away from Condom and Romieu, an hour or so from Auch - and in the midst of a number of Armagnac distilleries to discover. My room was very comfortable, breakfasts were excellent, and the one dinner I had was exquisite."
