Staff were very friendly. Great location. One star off for the cheap looking shower curtain and faulty tub design where water can spill out on the floor easily.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to markets and restaurants. However, the surrounding area could be cleaner. Considering the price, the overall value did not quite meet expectations in terms of room size, service, and breakfast quality (which was not included in the rate). While the area is not particularly clean or upscale, the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. We appreciated that they later offered complimentary transportation to the airport and a thoughtful gift, which was a nice gesture to conclude our stay.
