Situated in the residential area of La Drova in Barx, this house is ideal for 6+2 guests. Barx is a picturesque village in the region of La Safor, Valencia, just 13 km from the famous Gandía beach. Surrounded by the beautiful mountain scenery of the Sierra de Corbera, it is the ideal destination for those seeking tranquillity, nature, and an authentic atmosphere. It is located at an altitude of 373m, providing spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding area.


The house is located on an elevated first-floor level that can only be accessed by stairs. Inside, you will find an air-conditioned living room with a Smart TV, providing a comfortable space to relax and entertain. Two guests can relax on the double sofa bed in the living room. The dining area is open to the living room and features a fully equipped induction hob. Additionally, there are amenities such as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. All bedrooms have fans for the hottest nights. There is also a full bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. For those travelling with a baby, a cot, and a high chair can be provided.

The outside of the house is a true paradise. You can enjoy the private chlorine pool, which is 10 metres long by 5 metres wide and has a depth that varies between 1 and 1.4 metres. It is perfect for hot days, and you can cool off in the outdoor shower for extra comfort. Relax on the terrace and enjoy a barbecue with your companions. Gastronomy is another of the area's attractions, offering typical Valencian dishes such as paella, baked rice, and fideuà made with fresh, local ingredients.
