Luxuriously appointed holiday home overlooking the centre of town. One of Barwon Heads original houses with a commanding and central location. Accommodating between 10-14 people (6-8 adults + kids or 10 adults) across 5 bedrooms (3 Queen + 2 X 4 Single Bunks) in wonderful 'family-luxe' style ideal for extended family groups (or 2 or 3 golf foursomes). Simply arrive and unwind. Who needs cars (5 OSP spaces) when everything is so close by ... cafes, the famous pub, the beaches and the Golf Clubs all moments from the front door. Stroll back from the beach (a sneaky drink in the beer garden at the pub as you pass-by is nothing to be ashamed of ...), wash the sand away in the secluded outdoor shower and slip into happy hour and a BBQ on the deck watching the world pass by. For those with kids - set them up with a movie on the big screen, a board game in the 2nd living room or connect them to the unlimited broadband. For the rest, head out for a night cap at a nearby bar or take in the live music on offer at the pub if you can muster the energy for another 150m stroll! All bedding, linen and bath towels supplied - just remember to bring your beach towel, bathers, sunscreen and sunnies and you are set. It really doesn't get any more comfortable and cruisy than this. Life's hard but somebody has to do it ....

Family stay for wedding in Barwon Heads

This property was absolutely perfect for our 5 day stay in Barwon Heads for my daughters wedding at a local venue. The house was extremely well presented and allowed space for everyone of all ages. We would happily stay here again

Fantastic group house in a central location

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Clean, modern and spacious and across the road from the Main Street. We will always stay here if available

Lovely trip to the coast in the heart of Barwon Heads

Everything is thought of in this lovely property, ensuring a relaxing, stress free stay. The house in right in the heart of Barwon Heads - you can park your car and walk everywhere. Great for a holiday with the extended family or a group of friends.

Our best stay yet!

Our large group absolutely loved our stay. The host was so forthcoming with communication and information, always pleasant and polite. The house was well accommodated with large seating areas, televisions, large dining indoors and outdoors. The location meant we didn’t have to drive anywhere, walking to local shops and the beach. The whole group had such a great time and we would definitely return for another stay.

Superb Family Beach Holiday Home

Brilliant Beach house.House close to everything Barwon Heads has to offer. House has all the amenities a family could need on holiday. Front Deck a wonderful space to enjoy with a large group. Front bedrooms spacious, bunk rooms quite small, but known from description. 2 lounge areas makes it wonderful for adults and children to enjoy their own space.Home felt safe and secure. Beautifully air-conditioned.We will be back!

The second time we have stayed at this property and we hope to return. The house comfortably accommodated our family of 6 adults and eight children plus the family dog. A beautiful house, with generous outdoor spaces located very close to the shopping and restaurant area plus the beach.Brad the host was very helpful and the welcome ‘happy hour ‘ supplies were a lovely surprise.

Beautiful house, fantastic location

This beautifully presented house was perfect for my family. We were very comfortable with the well stocked kitchen, two generous living areas and 5 bedrooms. But by far the highlight of our stay was the location. We parked our cars when we arrived and didn’t use them till we left. It’s a very easy walk to the river and surf beach, and restaurants, shops, supermarket and pub are literally just across the road. I would highly recommend this property for a very relaxing holiday.

Fantastic

We loved our stay in Barwon Heads. This property is in the perfect location - just park the car and walk everywhere. The house has beautiful appliances and is meticulously presented. The host went out of his way to make the stay enjoyable and easy for the guest. From firewood (which came in very useful as the weather turned cold) to sauces, condiments and everything you needed to just walk in and start enjoying your trip. Great safe place for the kids to run around while you sit on the balcony watching the world go by We will definitely be returning.

Brilliant- Exceeded all expectations

We booked to attend a wedding @theheads with a group of friends. The location was perfect with everything walking distance. The house has so many spaces and every room beautiful. The thoughtful additions throughout the house made our stay perfect. We ordered platter boxes in from Annie's Provedore. Towels were fresh and fluffy, beautiful sheets, views, games and beer and wine in the fridge. We are so grateful. It made our experience of our daughter's wedding even better Thank you
