Lovely little cabin and our littles absolutely loved the pool and all the animals!
Clean and tidy cabin! Exactly as described.
Owners are very responsive.
It was a quaint cabin on a working farm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids were in heaven. Elizabeth was a very nice lady.

Best of the Country
This was just the right size for my cousins' outing to Oklahoma. We woke up to the roosters crowing, and had a turkey hen greet us on the steps. The pool was used every day to escape from the heat after our explorations. Bartlesville was not far away and big enough for grocery shopping and touring.
We had so much fun at this property. It is really a great place for kids. The owners were so nice and were allowing my daughter to go around and help with chores because she really enjoys animals and helping out. We all love animals so it was really nice to have a lot of friendly dogs and cats around the property as well as being able to spend time with the goats and just watching the chickens and turkeys around. Also loved the pig! Very comfortable home as well. If we ever end up in the area again, this will be the place we stay.
Property not as listed. Owners live on property, yes, right next to cabin, literally. There is so much junk around, it’s an eye sore. Clean up the property. This has nothing to do with the animals. I’ve had them myself.

This is a quiet retreat on a working farm. The owners are lovely, the cabin is immaculate & cozy. Its 15 minutes from.downtown & 10 from groceries, gas & fast food options. A wonderful retreat from the chaos!
Cabin was even nicer than pictured! Everything needed was there! Easy commute to and from town with so much to do nearby. Host & hostess were both great and location was serene! Pool was amazing and evenings on the porch were relaxing watching the sunset and counting fireflies! Roomy and comfortable! Farm animals added extra enjoyment to the stay! Loved that it's pet friendly!
The cabin is just as pictured and is always cozy and quiet. The pool is a fabulous and a great way to end each day after fun trips into Bartlesville, Pawhuska and Animal Sanctuary in Caney, KS! Television satellite has great channels to choose from and board games and outdoor games are all fun to select from. The hosts are always available, very welcoming and friendly! Love all of the farm animals and that the cabin is pet friendly!
The hosts were amazing. The cabin was a little on the dirty side; we found a pill on the ground by the master bed (which is concerning having young kids). Also the mattress is 13 years old and a little lumpy. Outside and the pool were really nice! The ceiling does leak when it rains and there are a few soft spots on the floor

Not quite what we expected...
Let me begin with saying how wonderfully kind the owner is!!!! As for the listing though, I wished it had mentioned how many roosters exist at the owner's home (immediately next door). Based on the listing verbiage & photos, we were anticipating a relaxing, serene setting in the country. Sadly, we were awakened off & on between 1am-4am each of the two mornings we stayed. As a small business owner, I am most appreciative of the "working farm" that these owners have - its just that no place in the listing were the amount of roosters mentioned - nor that they are free to roam all around the rental, including directly on the front porch right outside the master bedroom window. The interior of the cabin is certainly nice and well represented by the photos. But, whether it was due to the rain the day we arrived or to something else - we couldn't enjoy the back patio due to debris. I'm not certain that the price we paid for the rental matches the experience of it. Due to the owner's kindness, I really wanted to leave a much more favorable review. Sadly, though we won't be staying here again and unless there are changes in the listing to prepare renters, we can't recommend it to other families looking for the peaceful, serene setting currently described.

Anniversary weekend
Although we had a great weekend and made the best of everything there were a few things we wished we would have known prior. It says pet friendly which we were so excited about but it wasn’t u til I paid that it shows u have to pay an additional $100 for the pet so we decided to leave ours behind. Not a huge deal but when you are on a budget it makes a difference. We were hoping to have a more private experience and not to say that we didn’t have privacy as we did but the owners live a couple feet from the house and as you look at the pictures you wouldn’t gather that because the description says owners live on property. When we got there the owner was on the front porch. Very nice but that’s how close they are. The hot tub is facing the owners house and kind of just out there but also it is a hot tub for 2. Now if you are small people perfect but if you are larger it may not work for you. We tried to use the fire pit the first night and it didn’t have gas but the nice owners got us some the next day but instead of installing it they just set the tank on the porch for us to do. The place is small and cozy but if u r a tall person you may have some issues:). Overall we made the best of it and had a great time. The owners were very nice people and we did have everything we needed.
Well I am very unhappy about the ad for this house, We were so excited about spending some time in the pool and relaxing as well as in the hot tub, I am a veteran with a disability and I definitely was looking forward to spending sometime in it to help me, my girlfriend’s birthday wish was just a place to relax and swim and lay out, she also has fiber myalgia and really needed sometime in the hot tub as well, as far as the house goes it was great and very nice! I am not a man that needs a lot to make me happy but I do expect to get what I am paying for, we have decided to leave and head back home because this just isn’t what I had planned for her on her birthday, the grill is definitely not a gas grill and I don’t know how to use it, I spent 45 minutes last nights trying to grill her favorite dinner and I failed miserably and I am very embarrassed about it. I probably wouldn’t be so upset about it all but this is the first weekend I have had off in months and we drove 5 hours to get away and relax, if I would have known the pool was closed and the hot tub is behind someone’s house I never would have spent the money to come all the way down here. I guess it’s really my fault because I just assumed that I was getting everything that you put in the add! I have definitely learned a big lesson!! Thank you and god bless!!!!
I feel I should definitely get some kinda refund!!!!!
The cabin is beautiful and extremely well stocked. Fireplace was lit as we arrived making for a warm welcome. It’s nestled deep in the farmlands which is a perfect getaway from the city. It’s right next door to the owners property and they are quick to respond to questions but not at all intrusive. My kids loved waking up to the sound of the farm animals and laughed at all the silly chickens, turkeys, goats, cows, and dogs. The new guest hottub to the side of the Cabin was a hit with our crew. The playground equipment is older and shows it’s years but was still plenty of fun for our 3 and 5 year old. (Trampoline had a tear so not currently usable and too cold for pool but it looked super fun for summer months). Easy travel distance between Tulsa snd Bartellsville if you want restaurants or entertainment. A perfect country getaway that we’d book again in a heartbeat.

Cabin vacation
We loved the cabin and all the entertainment. There was something for everyone. We would definitely come back sooner than October so we could utilize the pool and trampoline. It was awesome to BBQ on the deck and enjoy our morning coffee with th Rooster and chickens they were so entertaining.
Thank you for an awesome vacation..
Sincerely
The Boos Family
We enjoyed the downtime on the front porch and in the pool. Visiting the farm animals was nice too. Lots of reading and game time, even the littles enjoyed bean bag toss and trampoline jumping.
Can’t say enough about how great this place was.
Just far enough off the beaten path to feel removed, it was immaculately clean and outfitted with everything a family could need. Got to grill sausage for breakfast on the Traeger grill.
Comfy beds, a crystal clear pool, and fun on the farm! The hosts were very personable, showing us around and answering questions when needed. Our two eleven-year-old boys had an amazing time even without iPad! Our tiny dog Teddy seemed to interact well with the farm animals too.
Bartlesville had a surprising amount of things to do, from Price Tower to Woolaroc, and Wolf Creek Ranch horse ranch.
Absolutely had a great time and would go again! (As many people said in the signed guest book at the cabin)

Always a great place to Stay
This was our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. Great for kids, lots of stuff to do, owners are great. Already planning another trip for next year.
Such a cute property! Feels like you are in the country, but close enough to the city if you need anything. My daughter had a blast on the awesome playset and trampoline! The owners were amazing, and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was very clean and well equipped, and the beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be back!
The photographs of the cabin are accurate, but no picture can adequately portray the gracious hostess, Elizabeth, and the peace and calm of this place. In addition, we have never stayed in a rental that was as well stocked as this was. I’m usually ready to get back home by day 4 or 5 of a trip. We stayed here 8 nights, and I could have stayed longer. We plan on returning several times a year so our little granddaughter can have sleepovers at “our house.” This lovely cabin on the farm is where we will stay.
