"I was here for a work trip and it was the perfect location. The place was very clean and had everything I needed for the week. The only thing I would give a heads up is that the walls are very thin and you can hear people in their apartments and people coming up and down the stairs. Another positive is that you can walk to a few different restaurants near by and its just a nice downtown area."

The staff went beyond the call of duty… A very important prescription was left in the room, it wasn’t discovered until 10 hours later… I texted Mark late Friday night to inform him that this prescription had been left in the room… He checked the refrigerator where it should’ve been and it wasn’t there…. He then checked the management refrigerator with the same result… He checked the cleaning cart and there it was!!! Obviously,...

"My boyfriend from Philadelphia (first time to the Midwest) and I booked this place. It was a beautiful property. The entryway was stunning. The room we stayed in was one of the corner rooms which was very spacious and had lots of windows that you could open for fresh air. The room was newly updated with a modern flare. The king size bed was very soft and cozy. The rooftop was a cool place to relax or play corn hole with a quaint downtown view. Every morning we walked to the local coffee shop....

"We were unable to stay at the Hotel Phillips. Our reservation was for a Saturday night & the hotel is unmanned on weekends but the listing has a contact number. The keypad on our apartment did not work. We tried calling the property manager at number given numerous times. Finally we gave up & got a hotel. We received from the manager TWO HOURS later (after I’d left a message that we had to go elsewhere)—he said he was sorry we had problems getting in to the apartment but hoped we were enjoying...
