If you want to stay at the best b&b ever then book a room here. It's more than a b&b though.. Really one of the best accommodations I've stayed at and I've been to a few of them when I worked as a travel agent for high-end customers. After we checked in we decided within minutes to stay for an extra night since our plans were wide open. Not sure how many hours we spent in their garden and in our room's bathtub but I can't remember the last time I felt so relaxed. Didn't want it to end....

Cute boutique hotel in the middle of Kangaroo Valley amongst all the shops and close to dining options. Smaller property with charm, not overly busy and very relaxing with great surroundings with green leafy outlook.The room was very roomy, small outdoor courtyard, great hot water pressure, small fridge and some basic utensils (no cook top, but has a microwave). excellent in all ways, and very especially as to staff and food. only issue is with lack of equipment in the gym.

A wonderful , little find , so neat, clean , well organised & thoughtful , this was a brilliant stay . Location &Charm Very very comfortable & so close to everything in the charming village of Berrima. Highly recommend & we will definitely return

We stayed here for 3 nights after travelling down for a wedding. The staff are excellent, the hotel is clean and fresh, not dated and used feeling. We could walk to the town centre and to the nearby shopping centre easily. Our room was spacious and so was the bathroom and very clean. I found the bed too hard for my liking but I find this fairly often - perhaps a mattress topper offering would be good? It was a shame the restaurant was closed, it would make a great location for a bar, outdoor...

Traditional style property in a quite area. The hotel has a small number of rooms, built in the 1920's and still retains the character of the era. The rooms are basic and the bathroom is small, but it has charm. Lovely lounge area with fireplace and a bar and a good restaurant. It has a lovely ambiance. I would definitely stay there again.

The most beautiful destination for a quick getaway. Decor, ambience, staff, food and facilities simply 10 out of 10!

The room was clean and warm, and the beds were very comfortable. A peaceful and relaxing view from the balcony overlooking the golf course. Having the club right next door was a huge bonus! We were able to check in a little earlier and check out a bit later without any problems! We will be back!

Close to Main Street of Kiama, clean and tidy up to date room only small but big enough for a week end.quite area with the grand hotel on the corner and a coffee van in foyer for your breakfast coffee

Very clean, thick walls so you aren't disturbed by other guests and large rooms. Could do with a new fridge though as it was very loud.

The hotel is well located - one could walk to a very good Indian restaurant for dinner and there were other choices as well as the hotel's own restaurant. It also backs onto a local park which was pleasant but please note that the local bird life likes the trees there. So you have some dawn singing if you don't keep the windows closed. This motel was clean with generally easy access. Helpful staff. A cafe adjacent to the motel. If they had stopped the rain it would have been excellent.

My room was really clean and comfy, had lovely décor - every detail was well presented, and the motel had great amenities for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately it was a little noisy from traffic noise and the light on outside my room all night was a tad annoying, but the owners did accommodate my request for a quiet room and were great hosts.

Good location, Clean, Staff goes the extra mile. It was a very nice time.
