"Estrutura bonita não basta para ser “luxo”. A experiência do hóspede fica comprometida por falhas básicas: restaurante que não abre no horário, café da manhã com espera de 30-40 minutos para tapioca ou ovo (mesmo com o salão vazio), corte de grama no horário do almoço, chuveiro pingando a noite inteira, demora em responder ao WhatsApp (não tem telefone no quarto). Pelo valor e proposta, esperava muito mais atenção aos detalhes. "

"The location of the hotel is excellent, close to restaurants and transportation. 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the city. The breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel provides good services such as trips to the lagoons and transfer to the airport which makes it very convenient. The only negative thing was the room. It is small and it had a window with no view we kept the window closed the whole time because all you can see is a wall."
