Cobro adicional a la tarifa

Cuando me fui a relizar el checkin la persona de la recepción me hizo un cobro adicional por asignarme una habitación con aire acondicionado cuando yo había comprado una habitación con a/c. Luego se quedó con mi pasaporte un poco de tiempo sin yo saberlo. Y en ningún momento me llamó para devolverlo hasta que salí y me dijo que se había quedado con mi visa americana. Por lo demás el hotel está bien por lo que cuesta es muy aseado y todo los demás bien.

Cobros Adicionales

Es importante que modifiquen las condiciones en la plataforma o sean mas claros al momento del cobro, genere la reserva y la pagina me manifestaba cuanto debia pagar en el hotel, al llegar y pagar mi reserva me manifestaron que tenia que cobrar el impuesto mas la comisión que les cobraba la plataforma... Entonces pienso que deben ser claros en saber cuanto cobran porque los costos de comisiones y todo esto, lo debe asumir es directamente el hotel no el usuario.
