Beautiful location, nice room, lovely pool and gardens, very relaxing

Rooms, location, pool, food, service, all exceptional.

Large modern hotel and spa. Large comfortable room. Didn't eat at the restaurant, I thought it rather expensive however the breakfast was fantastic. We stayed at the end of autumn so the hotel was quiet. I was not able to obtain a spa treatment - was told by recpetion, who did not check with the spa room that they were all booked. As I had come across this comment at other hotels I suspect they did not have sufficient therpists available to meet a decliing demand.

Fabulous place to stay. We were in the Seaview room and the view was stunning. The staff are very helpful. We were recommended local restaurants and they even organised our caves boat trip. We had breakfast both mornings and it was well presented and delicious. We were concerned about parking but we had no problems getting a parking spot on the street. It might be different in summer. We just wished we had longer. It was a fabulous location for us with a car.

This is a gem, set in the countryside, close to Silves. The staff are so friendly, they can not do enough for you to help you enjoy your stay. The pool and view from the outside verandah is glorious. There is a nice cafe/ restaurant close by, although you can eat in if you wish. A beautiful place to rest, explore and re-group!

Excellent value for money for a four star hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern. The location is good if you have a car because there is free parking on site (we had a garage) and it's a short drive to the beaches. It looked like there were a few good restaurants that were walking distance (we use TripAdvisor). We ate at a restaurant that specialised in BBQ chicken and it was amazing.

Good location and luxury accommodation in a tourist area, opposite expansive beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Good facilities in the rooms and large balconies. Great breakfast options with sparkling wine available! Pool was rather small for the size of the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. There was a large selection of foods for breakfast each morning. The rooftop bar was a great place to relax in the evening with entertainment provided most nights. The pool area looked very inviting but it was a bit too cold to take a swim at the time of year we went. The hotel is situated between Portimao and Praia da Rocha and to explore around the area you need good fitness levels for walking or a car to explore further afield...
