"This is the fifth year we’ve stayed at this cabin. It’s cute, cozy, and makes you forget about the world. They have thought every little detail and it makes our stay so enjoyable. "
"It was such a pleasant surprise! We just picked this to be close to Crater Lake where we plan to stop by on our way to Portland. The cabin was so cozy, we wanted to stay longer. We loved the comfy beds, spacious bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We felt very welcome. They also have a cute little store with food items and souvenirs. Definitely don’t miss Beckie’s Cafe. The food and drinks were great. We were so full we only got to try the pecan pie. Delicious! Superb service."
Cozy retreat on 3 acres near Lost Creek Lake. Pet Friendly
8/10 Good
"Cute country getaway. The location was great as we needed someplace between Prospect and Medford. I loved that there was plenty of parking outside and plenty of seating inside. The property had available seating for 15 people but pleanty of space for the extra chairs and we were able to served lunch for 30 people. There were also picnic tables outside and the grandkids had a great time playing in the sand/gravel pit.The older kids enjoyed the available games offered at the property, and there were several to choose from. We were able to setup Thanksgiving lunch with a smooth flowing kitchen, and thankgoodness there was a dishwasher. There were only two downsides. One getting in and out of the house was a challenge, because I am disabled, and two, although the bathroom is handicap accessible I couldn't use my walker in the restroom. Luckily the fit is so tight, I was able to hold onto the sink and the handicap handle in the shower to get to the toilet. The house was clean, but I rated cleanliness as a 3 because there were a lot of cobwebs in the livingroom, on the ceiling, in the lamps, and around the floor heater. We were able to sweep down and rehome the daddy long legs to the outside. ;)The host was amazing to work with and is really kind. I would definitely book this property again. "

"The view from the porch was beautiful. We enjoyed viewing the wildlife while drinking our morning coffee. Barb and Russell were very informative. The house was gorgeous. We definitely enjoyed our stay."
Riverfront Stunning Open Concept 3bdrm near outdoor activities
10/10 Excellent
"This is a lovely, contemporary home right on the river. The main living space (living room, dining room and kitchen) is open and great for socializing. The deck has plenty of seating and a great view of the river. The backyard is shady and leads gently down lead to the Rogue River. Beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing! They even have a swing and a hammock. The bedroom downstairs is comfortable and opens on to the deck. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are designed with kids in mind. The mattresses upstairs are thin, but not uncomfortable. The A/C and heat both seemed to work well. "
working cattle ranch 1 hour from Crater Lake National Park
8/10 Good
"Our first night there was slightly challenging, but after that things improved. I am not as familiar with VRBO’s layout, so I didn’t realize the home had no AC since it wasn't stated clearly. When we first arrived the house was very hot & stuffy with no quick solution to cool it down. There was one box fan (but that didn’t help much), & there were no ceiling fans. I now understand that since the property is off the grid it doesn’t have the ability to have things like AC & ceiling fans. Plus, we did arrive on a warm day. By the next morning & the rest of our stay though, we were able to keep the house cool & comfortable. Another thing is that it feels like you’re staying in someone’s actual home, as there are many personal belongings & family mementos everywhere. In some aspect it adds to the character, but it could definitely use some decluttering & dusting. BUT, the surrounding area is amazing & incredibly beautiful! It was so peaceful & very private. I was expecting to see people working on the ranch, but we only saw one person the whole time we were there. The bed in the master bedroom was comfy, the rest were not. It was indeed a unique stay for us & very memorable. It has the potential for greatness, with some decluttering and upkeep. Oh, and it doesn't have a microwave. Just something to be aware of. It does have a grill and oven which we used and both worked great. "
