"Staff was very helpful and room was clean"

"The front desk was very helpful. Maybe I didn’t research enough, but the listing said there was a restaurant nearby that offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However when we arrived at 5:30 after a long drive, we found the hours for the restaurant were 11-5 and closed Monday-Wednesday. I’m not sure how breakfast and dinner are offered with those hours. We were able to get snacks from the little store attached to the front desk to tide us over. We also did not see in the listing that the cabins do not have tv. My fault to not research better. The bed was comfortable but we were disappointed in our stay. Please research that you want something very rustic and if that is your jam, you will enjoy it."

"Great location on the Rouge river. Very comfortable home. Just the right size for my 28 year old son and I. Good starting point to Crater Lake and other locations around the state. Wonderful to use the grill and cook out. Internet access was reliable. Had a wonderful vacation."
