"Our door to the hallway had a big gap under it. I felt like anyone in the hall could hear us talking. No screen on a window left us sweltering all night. Other window had road noise. Great shower pressure! Mattress horrible. Seaview suite was a room with a bathroom and parking lot/roof view. Great breakfast. "

It would have been amazing to have a fan in the room but we understand the architecture of the place. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. It was also great the televisions had streaming apps for when we had down time. It was a phenomenal place to celebrate our engagement! "

"The cottage is located about 1 block from the beach. Check-in was very easy as key was provided in a basket at the front door for late arrivals. Cooked to order breakfast was very nice and satisfying. Host was very cordial. Listing is an accurate discription."

"The history of the house and the Captains Row area is great for history buffs. The Inn Keepers have decorated and preserved the home with furniture and decor as I would expect for the period. Hats off to them as a home of this age and size must need constant attention. Close to the beaches and dining in Osterville and Hyannis.
