    The house is located in the heart of the small village of Carteret, a seaside resort on the Côte des Isles. You will be amazed by the panoramic view stretching from Portbail to Carteret, with the Channel Islands just opposite.
    There are plenty of activities on offer, including an 18-hole golf course and mini golf course, tennis courts, a riding school, a pétanque pitch, a water sports centre, a market and a cinema.
    Just a few minutes from the town centre, 200 metres from the port and 1.5 kilometres from the beach at La Potinière, this family home can accommodate up to 8 people and is sure to make your stay a pleasant one.
    The front of the house offers parking for two vehicles and a trailer for a boat, motorbike, etc.
    One of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor and can accommodate people with reduced mobility. It is adjacent to a toilet and shower room. You can also enjoy your evenings on the terrace with a plancha in the enclosed garden.
