You will be amazed by the panoramic view stretching from Portbail to Carteret, with the Channel Islands just opposite. Just a few minutes from the town centre, 200 metres from the port and 1.5 kilometres from the beach at La Potinière, this family home can accommodate up to 8 people and is sure to make your stay a pleasant one. The front of the house offers parking for two vehicles and a trailer for a boat, motorbike, etc. One of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor and can accommodate people with reduced mobility. It is adjacent to a toilet and shower room. You can also enjoy your evenings on the terrace with a plancha in the enclosed garden.
