"The Holiday Inn Express in Arras was perfectly fine and reasonably priced. The breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day. Its location was excellent, right across the street from the train station and within easy walking 10 minute distance of the town’s main squares."

"Our first room had some broken plugs and ac but the front desk soon switched us to a new room which was a little bigger. It's a great location hotel with good parking, a great restaurant and makes a great stop on the way south after getting off the ferry or Channel Tunnel. "Nice hotel located within the rat run of the towns side streets. Once there, there was private parking at a cost 10e per space (2 motorcycles 5e each). Large room which was clean and tidy, it is a short walk from the town main square (7 minutes). Breakfast was a let down, the cold items were great, nice and fresh, the hot items on the day we stayed, was cold as the food holders had broken, when reported, we were told there was nothing they could do until the engineer had come out. Also being an old style building with wooden flooring, this made a noise as people moved around but we would stay here again as it fits with the motorcycle touring program."

The bathroom pod was very small, the hand basin was badly cracked, there were no hand towels provided, there was only one bedside table and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room."
