Good location and overall clean

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms excellent. Location great but surrounding area was average.

A very comfortable stay, as described and close to the train station. Please be aware that you need a reliable smart phone to ensure access with virtual key. There is no 24 hour front desk assistance. We ended up stowing our luggage at a nearby facility.

Close to all the tourist locations. Quiet rooms with beautiful bathroom. Antonella was also extremely helpful and recommended excellent nearby restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great communication with host. Excellent location. Few minutes walk from the station at one end and city centre at the other. The room was large, clean and confortable. The bathroom was also a good size, clean and modern. Great shower too. Comfortable beds and bedding, AC, complimentary water and snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful old building with classy renovated 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and breakfast, in easy walking distance to shops, dining and transport. Staff were professional and very helpful. Only negative was that it was very evident that the floors in our room had not been vacuumed. Everything else in the room was very clean.

Clean, amazing balcony

A great location in the old town, friendly hosts and a decent breakfast is included. The central city and railway station are about 20-25 minutes walk. The room is spacious and clean and there is a roof deck with views. The only warning I would give is the steep stairs, be aware of this if you have giant baggage or mobility issues.

The room was clean and had a comfy bed. There were few amenities eg no tissues, vanity kit, shower cap, however there were toothbrushes. The location was excellent. A 5-7 minute walk to Bari Central station and the other way to city centre. Shops & supermarket were nearby. I was disappointed that even though they advertised breakfast and I had paid for this, the food was small packages of bread & jam. This was only explained on arrival.

Fantastic customer service and support. They even started serving breakfast early because we had to go to the airport. Hot tip! Try the croissants at breakfast they’re great!!
