We had to wait over 40 mins for the check in, since the owners were not on site (and we didn't receive any heads up about it). The position of the b&b is great, but the service and check out experience was quite unpleasant, as we were rushed out of the room in quite an un-polite way.

Comportement decevant

Alors que tout était payé d avance par internet, et par mail, le propriétaire nous a pris 2 heures de notre temps le matin pour qu on lui règle une différence de 70 euros!! Nous avons dû à nos frais contacter Expédia afin qu ils lui explique que nous ne devions pas payer de frais supplémentaires. Faire attention car nous ne sommes pas les seuls à qui cela est arrivé. Le petit déjeuner est expéditif, on a à peine le temps de finir que la dame vient nous enlever les tasses. Le jour de notre départ, alors que c etait payé, le petit déjeuner nous a été refusé car nous partions à 6h30. Le déjeuner est servi dans une cuisine equipé d un four à micro onde, frigo. Les gâteaux, confitures, sont des aliments sous vides. Il etait donc possible de préparer à l avance. Déçu

The location of the B & B was difficult to find. We had to call twice for assistance, and on the second call, the host was nice enough to meet us close by and guide us. The downside, we weren't given the room we booked. We were brought to another room, in a basement, and when my husband asked about the room we had booked, he was told there was a toilet issue and we couldn't have that room. From booking a room with a terrace on the second floor with a private bathroom in the room, we ended up in a basement with no view, two beds, and a bathroom outside of our bedroom in a public hallway. I also asked our host about the AC, as our room was very warm, and received no reply. We were informed of several rules upon arrival, which made us feel uncomfortable and unable to relax.

Posizione molto comoda sia al centro di Bari che all'aeroporto, in due minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il lungomare con molti ristoranti. La struttura, situata all'interno di un contesto privato, è molto pulita e curata nei dettagli. L' Host è una persona squisita e molto disponibile.

Atención horrible y lugar totalmente desaconsejado

El establecimiento está dentro de una zona comunitaria cerrada sin ningún tipo de indicación, encontrarlo es una odisea. La playa indican que està a 300 metros pero tienes que dar un rodeo andando de más de 20 minutos. La persona que nos recibió fue maleducada, con una pésima atención y grosera. El aire acondicionado lo controla dicha persona y te permite usarlo cuando quiere. Un lugar muy ruidoso ya que el comedor està justo delante de las habitaciones. Sin duda un establecimiento nada recomendable. La persona que nos recibió tuvo la desfachatez de entrar dentro de la habitación aprovechando que habíamos salido y nos desconectó la nevera para que no gastàsemos electricidad.

Goed en toch niet goed.

De kamer was goed en schoon. Maar geen mogelijkheid tot zetten van koffie of thee. Was een mooi balkon maar helaas konden we niet zitten op balkon. Eigenaar was aardig maar de eigenaresse was chagrijnig en niet behulpzaam (jammer). Ontbijt was zeer beperkt en vaak met middelen die al bij andere gasten had gelegen.

Très joli bed and breakfast dans un quartier calme. Propre, confortable et très agréable. Seul point négatif, le petit-déjeuner qui n'est pas au niveau. Des biscottes et des mini pâtisseries en sachets individuels... moyen. Sinon tout bien ! Merci :)

Delusione stanze sotterranee

L'hotel ha un bel giardino e i proprietari non sono antipatici, anzi. La camera che ci hanno dato era in uno scantinato con finestrella in cima. Analogamente il bagno ricavato in uno scavo del prato posteriore all'edificio (direi abusivamente). L'aria condizionata dei sotterranei è centralizzata, sicché chiudendo a chiave la porta l'aria non arriva in camera. Letto comodo. Parcheggio disponibile. Colazione con alimenti da discount abbastanza scadenti, non all'altezza dei prodotti del sud Italia. Se vi piace dormire in una catacomba è perfetto. Se volete vedere luce e sole andate altrove.

Unfreundliches Check - In

DIe Dame spricht ausschließlich italienisch! Verständigung ist sehr schwer gewesen. Das Frühstück - wegen sehr frühem Check-out war liebevoll zubereitet. Das B+B La Rosa Blu hat bei Buchung bereits ein Viertel des Preises abgebucht und bei Bezahlung vor Ort, erneut den gesamten Preis verlangt - Betrug!

Lovely B and B in a gated residential community- Good room with sea view.. very average breakfast - place is very difficult to find !! ( need google maps to stand any chance of finding it)

Alhoewel we, wegens onze late vlucht, pas na middernacht arriveerden stond de eigenaar ons toch op te wachten. Hij had ons eveneens een berichtje gestuurd met de reisweg naar de B&B aangezien deze in het donker toch moeilijk te vinden is. Kamer en badkamer ruim en netjes. Prijs/kwaliteit OK.

A disaster: horrendous service, the lady who attends you has zero customer service, the location is a disaster, not even decent sidewalks, no amenities, no signals or indications on public transportation, you must walk over dubious areas. My recommendation: stay away from this place.

Schwer zu finden. Service Totalausfall.

Trotz Eingabe der Adresse in Googlemaps war das B&B kaum zu finden. Nach 15 Minuten Irrfahrt durch ein unübersichtliches Viertel ohne Straßennamen zeigte uns ein Einheimischer die Residenz Borgo Delfino: Eine mit Schranken geschlossene, von einem Pförtner bewachte Einfahrt ohne jegliche Hinweis auf das B&B. Auf Nachfrage lässt der Pförtner einen passieren und zeigt den Weg. Da muss man erstmal drauf kommen. In der Pension war niemand zugegen. Ein Anruf bei der angegebenen Telefonnummer bewirkte, dass die Inhaberin nach ca. 5 Minuten eintraf. Wir haben noch nie einen so unfreundlichen Empfang erlebt. Kein "buon giorno", von "Herzlich Willkommen" ganz zu schweigen. Sie forderte uns auf unser Gepäck ins Haus und die Treppen hinauf zu tragen. Nun sind wir schon älter, aber dazu körperlich noch imstande. Trotzdem hätte uns ein "kann ich helfen?" besser gefallen, zumal die Dame beide Hände frei hatte. Die Formalien (Anmeldung, Pässe, Bezahlung, nur bar!) wurden korrekt abgewickelt, Schlüssel übergeben. Das im Preis inbegriffene(!) Frühstück wurde für 07:00 bestellt und zugesagt, wir mussten bereits um 07:45 am Airport sein. Am nächsten Morgen waren um 07:25 noch nicht mal Vorbereitungen für das Frühstück erkennbar. Wir sind daher ohne Frühstück aufgebrochen. Dann erschien doch noch ein Herr, der die Schlüssel in Empfang nahm. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr geräumig, einfach eingerichtet und sauber. Gefallen hat uns der große Balkon zum Garten mit Fernblick aufs Meer.

Beautiful house and Nice garden in Bari

The owner was very helpful and kind. The hotel is located in a condomínium and our driver had dificulties to find the place. But I called him using my mobile phone and was ok. Our Room was very good. It is a beautiful house and has a Nice garden
