Only fan was working during power outage. You cannot expect if you have paid for AC room which has been given the top floor of the hotel and that also AC not working. Room service was satisfactory."

"Room had no running hot water. After an hour we were told that the boiler was off. Why not make sure before providing it to the guest? The hot tub had mold, chipped off patches and caulking needed everywhere. I stay here once every year. This time it was not as good as last year. "
