The staff were all exceptional and friendly. The room HVAC system wasn’t working properly. The front desk provided extra blankets and maintenance was prompt and resolved the issue.

Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel
Everything was clean and we were upgrade to an executive suite, which was very nice. Fia, the bartender was excellent.

The village
I had a great stay here. The beds were really comfortable. The location is great, about a 25-minute walk to White River State Park, so it was easy to visit the park and nearby attractions.

The little extras included. Drinks in the fridge and treats. It was a cute nice clean place.
