"Where to start… we had an unforgettable experience at Château Pimo. The service level of the owner Sybille is just out of this world. It is such a bespoke, unique, and charming experience. The design of the hotel is incredible, property is clean and inviting with a beautiful pool and backyard. It is quiet and peaceful at night, breakfast is deliciously filled with pastries and bread and cheeses. Would recommend a million times and we will definitely come back!"

"We stayed for one night en route to Nice airport and everything was excellent. It’s location just off the motorway allowed for an easy journey yet there was no noise from the road at all. Our hosts were very welcoming, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was simple, using lovely fresh ingredients. The setting was beautiful and the swimming pool warm and inviting. We will be back as there is so much to explore in the local area."

Un appartement exceptionnel, une vue que nous avons admiré sans bruits, sans mots. Une douceur, un weekend ressourçant au possible. "Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 2 nuits dans la magnifique demeure de Freddy.La communication en amont de notre arrivée a été très fluide. Nous avons pu arriver un peu avant l'heure prévue. L'accueil très chaleureux de notre hôte, ses conseils de visite de la région et la beauté de sa maison nous ont ravis.Le jardin et la piscine sont parfaits pour se détendre. Draguignan is vlakbij, maar door de ligging van de gite (op de berg Malmont) is de trip er naartoe niet lopend te doen. De kamer was heerlijk koel. Cons: De wifi is niet heel erg snel, maar voor ons prima (het is immers vakantie en anders gebruik je even je 4/5G). Het weggetje naar de gite waarover gesproken wordt, is inderdaad steil en smal, maar...

"The room was clean but needs renovation. Wardrobe handles and lamps are broken. Great to have a swimming pool but some of its rules are incomprehensible e.g., why men can only use speedo and not shorts? If it is for hygiene why swimming caps are not compulsory? Also, I would expect the hotel to provide beach umbrella for the shade, while apparently you have to bring your own for the pool. But who does that?"

"Large nicely air conditioned room with good size shower room and a little kitchenette. It’s a dog-friendly property which is awesome. Plenty of room in the underground carpark! The reception hours are limited, as advertised. Unfortunately, the “out of hours” number listed was not in operation. We needed to leave very early and forgot that we would need a key to access the carpark. We left the keys in our room (absolutely our error; we should have taken them at that stage and then dropped them in a discreet little drop box on exiting the carpark) and closed the door before realizing we couldn’t get to our car. There was nobody around and the out of hours number had a recording to try again later. We sat outside until the reception staff arrived and helped us out. It wasn’t the end of the world but would have been dramatic had we left something essential or had a flight to catch. Limited reception hours even in high season are one thing; not answering the phone is not acceptable. We recommend the property as good value for a motel experience, especially if you’re travelling with a pet. But learn from our lesson about early departure!"
