The Experience:
From the moment you pull down the private drive, you’ll be greeted by the serene beauty of the Kentucky countryside. Spend mornings sipping coffee on the deck, evenings watching sunsets by the fire pit, and nights unwinding in the hot tub or speakeasy. Plenty of outdoor space to have family fun and stretch out away from everyone!
Inside, six beautifully appointed bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms comfortably host up to 12 guests. Two spacious living rooms and multiple entertainment areas ensure everyone has room to spread out.

Kitchen & Dining
Designed for chefs and entertainers alike, the kitchen features a Wolf gas range with griddle, 4 ovens, 2 refrigerators, and plenty of prep space. Dine casually in the breakfast area, enjoy a formal meal for 12–16 in the dining room, or take the gathering outdoors to the deck overlooking the pool.

Two Living Rooms:
Relax in the main living room with its rustic stone fireplace, or slip into the second lounge near the sunroom. Both open to expansive decks with sweeping views.
Sunroom: Located just off the living room’s, enjoy this private getaway with your morning coffee. Best views in the entire house is sitting right here!
Game Room:
Over 1000 square feet of FUN! This heated & cooled space features:

The pool may be seasonal but lounging on the deck and under the lighted pergola is year round….there’s plenty of room for sun or shade. Grab one of the many throws and snuggle up to enjoy a cozy evening with your favorite beverage (alcohol not provided). Pergola is lighted for added nighttime convenience.
