Excellente adresse, mais !..

Excellente halte dans le Piémont, sur la route de la Ligurie. A Gleize, sur les hauteurs de Bardonechia. Vue magnifique sur les montagnes, établissement calme et accueillant, sa patronne Anne parle Français, elle est très aimable et très serviable. Tout était parfait, excepté le canapé lit, un désastre ! Pourquoi ne pas mettre un vrai lit confortable, ça gâche tout et c’est vraiment dommage !

Hôtel très agréable le personnel très professionnel, attentif, le restaurant excellent. Le seul bémol pour nous, literie ce fut un canapé dépliant donc vraiment inconfortable la literie. Le reste était parfait.

J'ai apprécié l'architecture originale de l'hôtel faite de la pierre et du bois massif. La vue sur les montagnes qui l'entourent de tous les cotes dont le sommets sont enneigés qu'on voit à travers le balcon,et les grandes fenêtres. Les chambres sont tres belles et vastes, de grands lits, les salles de bains faites de marbre. Proprete excellente. Hôtel bien chauffé malgres le froid de l'hiver et le froid de l'exterieur. Bon Acceuil.personnel chaleureux et disponible. La navette est pratique , disponible pour les déplacements vers les stations de ski ou se rendre aux restaurants proches même le soir( grand merci à Sébastien le chauffeur). C'est un endroit tres reposant et agréable.

Nobody was there to give us the key, we stayed out

Nobody was there to check us in.. we had to find an other hotel in emergency at 5:30pm in the middle of the mountains.. we payed for nothing. he guy from the restaurant down the road told us that the property is closed until the 19 December..

Wonderful stay

We stayed at the Residences Cianfuran for 6 nights and really enjoyed it. Located 10mins away from Bardonecchia- you must must have a car otherwise you are stuck! Located above the village of Gleise, the views from the Residence are stunning. The rooms were wonderful with a small balcony, a small kitchen and a nice bathroom and a mezzanine with 2 additional sofa beds. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. Small disappointment - especially as it required to drive every night to the city- the restaurant was closed and we didn’t know anything about it until our arrival (some management issues?!?)

Mooi ogend appartementenhotel met minimale service

Eerste 3 dagen stroomstoringen. Receptie niet of slecht bereikbaar. Ze zijn open tussen 9.00 en 18.00 uur, als je aan het skiën bent. Dag 3 doorgebrande stoppenkast. Manager gaf ons de schuld van een nu onverhuurbaar appartement. We hadden elke 15 storingen moeten melen. Hoe dan?! Nieuw appartement gekregen. Extra bedden mochten we daar zelf opruimen, koelkastdeur lag eruit. Slordig. Dag 4, geen warm water. Receptie weer gesloten. Later bleek dat de avond ervoor al een leidingbreuk was opgemerkt, waar nog geen actie op ingezet was. Jammer voor de gasten. Bed zeer onprettig, is uitgetrokken bedbank van slechte kwaliteit. Kamers erg gehorig. Ontbijtservies vanaf 9.00 uur, als je dus al op de piste bent. Transport vanaf de berg naar de piste kon tegen 10.00 uur. Had je vooraf moeten aanvragen, maar daarvan had je voor aankomst uiteraard geen informatie. Zeer teleurstellend allemaal.

Quite location

Was not expected to have to sleep on sofa beds for 7 nights as in description it said 3 single beds, so very uncomfortable also bedding was very thin. The location was limiting unless you had a car, shuttle bus was hit and miss and that was only way down to town. Restaurant on site was very good lovely pizzas. Overall experience loved Bardocchia but wouldn’t stay in hotel, would stay in village.

Great views and food!

The views are incredible! The Ristorante/Pizzeria just below the apartment is delicious (pizza and ravioli were amazing) and the staff were very accommodating with a busy toddler. The room was fine but you don't spend much time there in any case as there are many walks and beautiful viewpoints to discover (there is a playground just below the hotel (1km downhill/uphill) and also one in the main town. There is no pool, it is a 3km steep drive up to the hotel at the top and €10pp, the piscine communal in the town is fine though. Lost 1 point on overall stay as we were put in a smoking room instead of non-smoking.

Hotel tra le montagne

Sono stato una notte con la mia famiglia (ho due bimbi piccoli 2anni e 10mesi) ed è perfetta. Il microonde e l'angolo cottura impediscono quelle brutte corse ai bar per il latte del piccolo o per la fame del"grande"! Camera bellissima e pulizia impeccabile! Avere il garage è una comodità indiscutibile come la gentilezza delle proprietarie;ritorneremo di certo!

Road trip moto érintant, mais arrivé sur place la propriétaire très gentille se charge de nous rapidement, voyant notre groupe et la chambre réservée, elle n'hésite pas une seconde à nous proposer sa meilleure chambre avec vue sur les montagnes et tout ca... gratuitement. Une vue splandide, un accueil super, une chambre très propre et très grande. Nous étions 4 et avons eu le droit à une chambre pour 6. J'ai deja eu l'occasion de faire un bon tour de cette vieille planete et d'essayer des hotels en tout genre, et celui ci restera un des meilleurs. Je vous le recommande vivement. Thanks a lot for your kindness, all was very well with a splendid view and a very comfortable room. I recommend this hotel for people who need calm and a beautiful view of the mountain.
