The Le Pinelle Apartment has recently been renovated and is located in a strategic area of Bardonecchia: just a few steps away you will be in the town centre where you will find all the shops, activities and services of Via Medail; 800 metres away (a 10-minute walk through the pine forest) you will be in the winter and summer sports area of Campo Smith.
The Space:
The Le Pinelle Apartment has recently been renovated and is located in a strategic area of Bardonecchia: just a few steps away you will be in the town centre where you will find all the shops, activities and services of Via Medail; 800 metres away (a 10-minute walk through the pine forest) you will be in the winter and summer sports area of Campo Smith.
On the first floor served by a lift, the accommodation consists of a large and bright living room with a dining area and sofas, a small kitchen equipped with a kitchenette and a washing machine. Guests have access to a Smart Tv (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using the guests' personal accounts).
From the living room you can access the first balcony.
The hallway leads to the two bedrooms: the double bedroom with a private bathroom and shower, and the twin bedroom with a balcony.
The bathroom has a window and a convenient shower.
In the building, there is a large private garage of 27 m2.
The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl. The rate includes the rental fee paid to the property owner and the cost of the ancillary services provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
The tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night is not included.
