APARTMENT IN VILLA, 5 MINUTES WALK FROM THE LAKE AND THE VILLAGE

  • New apartment in a quiet area, away from traffic, a few meters from the beach of Cisano and the center of Bardolino, easily reachable on foot.
    The apartment consists of a comfortable living area with well-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, DolceGusto coffee machine and kettle), living room with sofa bed, one large double bedrooms and a windowed bathroom with large shower.
    Outdoor porch with large table and chairs.
    The property includes a well-kept garden and one internal dedicated parking space.
    The villa is inside a village with a common salt pool.
    The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, free wi-fi, linen provided by the structure.
    The villa consists of only three apartments whose one for the owners.
    The elegant setting is suitable for guests seeking relaxation.

    Conditions.
    The rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
    Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed.
    Parties are not allowed
    Arrival is expected from 16.00 to 19.00 (except by specific agreement).
    Upon departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00.
    Sheets and towels are included.
    Final cleaning is included. However kitchen and crockery must be tidied up and cleaned, otherwise €100 will be charged.
    Available upon reservation cot 10 euros/night, high chair 5 euros/night.
