The 2 top price rooms we booked were spacious and comfortable - but were overlooking the main road through town and we realised that we wouldn't be able to sleep. So we asked to be moved and these rooms were not so spacious. Also the pillows and the beds weren't as comfortable. However the rooms we moved to were quiet so we could sleep. "Confusion between the City Center property and this resort as both businesses are using the same name for online listings…it’s apparently 14-17 KM away from the City of Durgapur. Check before booking. "

They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings.
