In a luxury residence at the Golf de Barcelonnette, this beautiful contemporary apartment offers views of the golf course. The residence was built in 2023 in a prime location due to its proximity to the golf course in summer and the cross-country ski trail in winter.

This magnificent two-bedroom apartment features a spacious and bright living room opening onto a beautiful terrace and a sofa bed for two.
The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, electric kettle, and Dolce Gusto coffee maker.
Two separate bedrooms, the first with a 140cm bed and the second with two 90cm beds, complete the property.

The apartment has a beautiful bathroom. The toilet is separate.
A private parking space is available for tenants.
