First starting with the staff, very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The view of the Sagrada Familia was amazing. The rooftop area was the also amazing. Quick walk to the metro and there was always taxis driving around the area.

Incredible view and proximity to the Sagrada Família and great roof terrace from which to enjoy the view. A bit of a distance from Las Rambla and the Gothic district but worth it for the view. Friendly, helpful staff.

Location is excellent! ! The apartment is neat and superb! However, i was not able to sleep the 2 nights . First night , the elevator kept banging until 3 am and the heater went on which kept the room warm too. I was able to find where to turn off the heater...The second night, the bedrooms are hot! All of us did not sleep! The Airconditioner is just blowing air!! With the warm weather of Barcelona, you need AC to be able to sleep

Gaudi’s Nest the Best!
The view is out of this world! The staff and owner are so welcoming and accommodating. The attached restaurant has amazing food and staff! It’s a must stay when in Barcelona! The only negative would be if you can’t do stairs.

The BEST place to stay in Barcelona!
iT IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best view of Barcelona! Accessible to Metro Stations, Taxis, Buses and great restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable, like an IKEA Model Apartment. Love it, love it, love it!!!!!!!!

オーナーさん、結構気さくな人でした。 部屋には、ゴミ一つおちていませんでした。 アパートの階段が、石階段な為6階の部屋は大変でした でも、お目当ての、サグラダファミリアはソファーから手が届くくらいの絶景でした。屋上から、サグラダファミリアも見え貸し切り状態。屋上で、タバコ吸えます。 アパートの前には有名な365言うベーカーリがあり、安くておいしかったです。周りの人達は、優しい人が多いです

何回も泊まりたくなります
2階(日本の3階)に2泊しました。 前回3階に泊まりましたが、2階は木が邪魔になり、窓からの眺めは3階の方がよかったです。 毎朝晩屋上からサグラダファミリアをゆっくり眺めれたので大満足です。 階段がきつく筋肉痛になりました。 部屋はサグラダファミリアに向かって1階は左右、2階は左、3、4、5階は右側にあります。

場所がかけがえなく良い。そして非常に親切です。私が行く数日前にバルセロナで大規模なデモがあり、サグラダも営業中止になりました。その際も状況をお知らせいただき、平常に戻っていることもわかりました。結果的には期間中問題なくサグラダも含めてバルセロナを楽しむことができました。

강추합니당.
창문을 열면 바로 사그라다 파밀리아성당이 있고 창문 밑이 바로 사진명당 공원이에요. 중심지에서 조금 떨어져있어서 불편할수있지만 걸어서 20분정도 밖에 안걸려요. 엘리베이터가 없지만 직원분이 도와줬습니다. 너무 만족했어요.

家族4人での旅、予約後すぐに英語でメールをもらい到着予定、空港への有料迎えが必要か？など案内をもらったのでお願いしてみました。建物はとても古いですが中はきれいにリフォームしてインテリアもかわいく、冷蔵庫と暮らせるほどの電化製品付きキッチンがあり、食器類、洗濯機と２DKの広さ、毎朝夕に目の前のサクラダファミリアでとてもうれしかったです。近くに夜まであいてるスーパーが何軒かあるし、モーニングのカフェなどもいくつもあり満足の滞在でした。

The property was great for a family. We were very comfortable and there was a little playground behind us. The view of Sagrada Família can’t be beat. The restaurant next door (also owned by the same owners) is fabulous! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. All staff we encountered were so kind. We’d go back in a heartbeat. Our only complaint is that we didn’t have more time in Barcelona!

サグラダファミリアを堪能!!
サグラダファミリア横の公園を隔てて向かいに立つ古いアパートメントホテル。5Fの部屋の窓の真正面にサグラダファミリアの全貌を望め素晴らしい景色が堪能できました。 建物は古いですか、室内はバス、寝室、リビング等リニューアルされ清潔で問題なく滞在できました。ただ、約１０0年を経た趣のあるエレベーターは、スリルに富んでおり、最新のデラックスホテルが好みという方にはお薦めしません。 200m圏内にサグラダファミリア、多くのバル、スーパー、レストラン、地下鉄駅、少し先に世界遺産の古い病院があり、市内観光にも便利なロケーションでした。 また、スタッフのアレクシスお薦めの海鮮レストランは鮮度、味、コストパフォーマンス共に最高です。 総合して、素晴らしい滞在でした。

世界遺産を目の前にして滞在を楽しむ幸せを叶えてくれるアパートメント
アパートの管理スタッフは非常に親切で感じが良く、さらに提携レストランのスタッフも親切であった。朝食利用時にはドリンクをサービスしてくれ、さらにスパークリングワインも1本プレゼントしてくれた。 予約時にここのアパートメントにはジャグジーが付いている事が記されており、写真も掲載されていたので、旅の疲れを癒せる・・・と楽しみにしていたが、実際に泊まるとジャグジー付きの部屋では無く、シャワーだけだった。部屋によって仕様が異なる様だ。 私が、海外滞在の際は、ホテルに宿泊するよりバケーションハウス（アパート）をレンタルする方を好んでいる。何故なら、アパートの方が広く、我が家の様にくつろげる。さらに洗濯機もあるので、わざわざ外に出てコインランドリーで洗濯しなくても良い。簡単な調理も出来る 。 ここは清潔で、快適な滞在が楽しめた。 さらに付け加えるなら、ルームフレグランスの香りが良く、アパートに戻ってくる度に癒された。 是非、お薦めしたい。
