Trip with friends

I recently stayed at Feel Welcome Barcelona with my friends and had a fantastic experience! The hotel was incredibly comfortable and clean, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the convenient location near the city center and the nearby stores and shopping mall made it easy for us to explore and shop. I highly recommend Feel Welcome Barcelona for a pleasant and convenient stay in Barcelona!

It was nice to have an apartment rather than a hotel room. Getting in was confusing but luckily, I reached the lady and she walked me through the steps. Bring your laundry soap if you need to do laundry! Overall, great experience!

Never was informed apartment was on a third floor walk up until a just before getting key. Also not informed there was no front desk. TV never worked properly. Left unit after 24 hrs regardless of no refund. Why prolong the suffering.

I never got to stay I booked the room and received a confirmation but when we arrived there was no access. We tried contacting the hotel and also contacted Hotels.com about the issue. I tried for 2 hours and found another hotel by a taxi driver. I contacted Hotels.com and complained about this situation and they said that there was no refund and shortly after filing a complaint I received an email from FEEL WELL BARCELONA with information on access to the room. Onsite I went back to the confirmation and it didn't show up and said that no rooms were available. I am not sure what was going on but I feel like I was taken advantage of basically stole my 368 dollars. I will not use Hotels.com or try to stay at feel well Barcelona again ever.

Très belle appartement qui accepte nos animaux. Propre neuf et tout le confort nécessaire belle douche belle cuisine et une Clim. A 15 min en voiture de la rambla facile d’accès. Très bonne organisation pour récupérer les clés et les déposer au départ je recommande hésitez pas
