Stayed here for one night before we flew back to the states and enjoyed It! It’s a bit far from any restaurant or like fast food but we stayed here because of its proximity and shuttle to the airport! Super clean and super modern. Staff was very nice and room service was delicious

Most of the experience was actually quite pleasant. Food was great, beds comfortable, service was good. My main complaints are with my room (160). 1) there was the sound of dripping and sometimes gushing water in one of the walls in the bathroom. Not sure if a pipe was broken or something. 2) the design of the shower doesn't make sense. The shower floor is above the bathroom floor height, and there's no ledge to contain the water, and the seals on the door can't contain the water either. So the bathroom floor would get wet or flood when showering. 3) the AC unit in 160 doesn't seem to do anything. It was set to cool at maximum, and the room stayed hot. We eventually opened the windows to get the room cool enough to sleep in, but mosquitoes got in. Maybe the condensation line from the AC unit is broken/leaking. My parents stayed in room 148 and did not have problems 1 and 3, but did experience problem 2.

Great location. Room wouldn’t cool down very well. Food was not so great. The shuttle to the airport was wonderful and staff was great

it is the darkest hotel i've ever been in. i found the room quite scary and had it not been for my husband i'd have slept with the lights on. he didn't mind it but i do all our hotel bookings! the lobby is dark and the hallways are dark. but the desk staff were very nice and the room was clean and the shuttle to airport was great.

Property is old. The look is modern however, the bathroom walls & door were not well maintained. Bed was ok but no cover sheets. Breakfast was good for the cost. I appreciated the shuttle that brought us directly to the airport. This is a nice complementary service and that is why I had chosen the hotel.

Basically my stay was a stopover. I arrived late at night, went out early in the morning. But I did noticed it was a bit noisier than usual. Staff was very nice to save my luggage while I was out after checkout.

WORST PROPERTY & EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! THE HOTEL IS ONLY 10mns AWAY FROM THE AIRPORT BUT THEIR SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION TAKES 40 to 50mns TO PICK YOU UP AT THE AIRPORT AND DROP YOU OFF AT THEIR HOTEL! STAFF IS VERY RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND UNAPOLOGETIC!!! THERE IS NO ASSISTANCE PROVIDED TO TAKE YOUR LUGGAGE TO THE ROOM AND NO DIRECTION NOR INFORMATION FROM THE RECEPTION DESK NEITHER ! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY IN THEIR PROPERTY AND IT IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!!! PATRONS BE AWARE!!!!!!!

The place looks lovely inside but the bed was too hard for me and there was so much noise (doors banging/showers/toilets flushing) all night that I hardly slept at all. You need to sound proof the rooms better as people are going to be going to and going from the airport at different times throughout the night.

Third time in staying in this hotel due to business travel, all great my only recommendation would be to put more people to help expedite the check in. we lost 30 minutes just to check every time as I usually arrive late at night waiting for so long get worst.
