We loved the location of this hotel and the staff were amazing!! The room was a bit small but it was fine as we just needed it to sleep! Roof top was amazing! Loved that even though no gym on property they had passes for us to use for a local gym and it was amazing! Overall great stay!

The room (#802) we were given is tiny than we booked. Air condition is not working at all time. We were given a fan instead. Bed is very soft and it only good for single adult.

Great location, close to Metro L5&L2, lots of restaurants and cafe's to choose from. You can find supermarket a block away. Awesome hotel except for non existent AC. Staff at the roofbar are friendly and cool.

Woah! I mean look no further. This hotel was just amazing. The terrace alone takes the price. I will stay here again and again just to have that amazing view to the sagrada familia. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good with many options. We truly enjoyed our stay. We hope we would have an actual queen bed instead of the two small beds pushed together but it was still nice. We were not able to put the AC lower. It was quite hot for our preference but we understand we live in a much colder place, so we just opened the window and it helped some. This place was great. I would not book else were!

Had to move room as the shower flooded the room. Original room had water damage to doors, walls and floors so obviously a common issue. Second room was a twin room and the bed made a racket as the legs were loose but hadn't been tightened up. Breakfast was underwhelming for the cost. Bar in the lobby wasn't open. Location was nice, Sagrada view was nice. View from rooftop terrace was stunning and the food on the rooftop terrace was good.

Initial impression was reception was understaffed and one woman was struggling to check a group of four and we waited for half an hour. The room was sparsely furnished, the wifi slow and spotty. But all this was made up for by the view from the terrace and the staff up there.

I enjoyed our stay at Sercotel Rosellon so much that I had to go back to Barcelona for my flight back and I decided to book another 2 nights here. Breakfast was delicious. We really loved staying here. The staff there recommended restaurants nearby and they were within walking distance. When we go back to Barcelona we’ll make sure to be back at this hotel.

We were a group of six to stay with the Sercotel Rosellon 2 different nights, Everything was great and the staff was friendly. This is the best place to stay if you want to tour the La Sagrada Familia! The view from the rooftop bar is amazing!

Check in process a little bit complicated, staff said it is due regulatory issues. My room doesn’t have a black out curtain! A/C only has heater mode. Good location if you go ONLY to Sagrada Familia but far far from the other city attractions and where the “vibe” is (Ramblas etc). Not recommended

The rooftop view of the Sagrada Familia exceeds expectations. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in an excellent location central to walking in any direction toward whatever part of the city you are planning to explore.

Overall not impressed- With exception of rooftop bar, not worth the stay. First, the front desk women was rude. Our room when we arrived was not ready (it was 1pm). I told her to please call me when it was. By 5:30pm I still had not received a call. I went back and they said the room was ready at 3pm. Why no call? The room was very basic for the cost. Terrible layout, no storage, horrible pillows, the bathroom was falling apart and had mold. Needs update. Wont stay here again.

Hotel is located in a prime area next to the Sagrada Fsmilia and the rooftop terrace bar gives an impressive view of its side facade. Staff was friendly and tried to help with our concerns however, the room we stayed in was in need of updating and more importantly, the AC was not working. As it seems, the AC does not operate during winter months ( We stayed during the fall) but it was not properly disclosed at the time of booking. That said, the staff did try to compensate by providing our breakfasts free of charge - after we complained about the AC. Asides those shortcomings, we would consider re booking at this property mainly because of its proximity to the Sagrada Familia and staff.
