Location is away from city centre and beach. Revise everything before booking as it’s impossible to change anything , for example two twin beds can’t be changed to king. Beds are small and not very comfy but ok, the main bedroom can’t be locked for privacy. Housekeeping is on hourly basis which is not practical. Check out at 11 and non negotiable on the same day. But generally well equipped appartement and safe.

It is a fully equipped condo. Need to arrange meeting with person delivering the key. Close to subway and Fira Gran Via Convention Center, several miles from tourist sites. Fair price. Close to Carrefours and shopping center.

アパートタイプの部屋に初めて泊まりました。着いたのが深夜でしたが、管理者が丁寧に説明してくれ、滞在には全く問題ありませんでした。ビルの入口には、守衛もおり、セキュリティもばっちりでした。ただ、カタロニアの独立運動時期と重なり、ストなどの情報が全く入らない点が、通常のホテルと異なり不便な点でした。電話で聞けば教えてくれたのでしょうが、ホテルのレセプションで面と向かって聞くのと比べ抵抗があります。これは致し方ないでしょう。

Excelente opción para viaje en familia

El apartamento cumplió con las expectativas perfectamente, moderno, buen tamaño, bien equipado, casi todo funcionó a la perfección (al horno de microondas le faltaba la perilla del tiempo por lo que había que apagarlo manualmente). A 50 pasos de una estación de metro. y a 100 metros de centro comercial con supermercado. Mucha seguridad, y buena respuesta de los anfitriones. Muy recomendable.

Customer Service training needed

Clean and comfortable hotel apartment in a nice area. Customer service however was appaling. OMG. Alexandra knew our ETA at Barcelona airport. She wasn't there to meet us as agreed (there is no front desk). We were walking in circles trying to find the apartment. When we finally found it she slapped us with a late fee charge amongst others. Thank goodness for Hotel.com Customer Service team sorted it out nicely. Attitude and approach was way off Alexandra!!!

Apartamento Tranquilo

En una zona lejos del ruido, bien comunicado, con un centro comercial al lado. Mobiliario nuevo. Menaje de hogar justito. Es necesario llamar antes para quedar en la hora de entrada. Soleado. No es necesario parking, facilidad de aparcar en la zona por haber oficinas. Nos dejaron el mapa del metro y así nos movimos. Tiene un balcón cubierto totalmente para secar la ropa, estupendo. Se paga un suplemento por la limpieza y tasas de 33 €. Tiene buen wifi. En La Cocina, vitroceramica, cafetera, microondas, horno, nevera y lavadora. Una tv plana en el comedor. Buenos armarios en el cuarto. Dos camas un poco pequeñas y un sofá cama algo incómodo para dormir, necesita poner una colcha encima y solucionado. Nos comunicamos con la encargada por teléfono, no hizo falta que viniera.

הדירה יפה מאוד ממוקמת שנייה לייד מטרו ממש נוח

הייה מקסים בברצלונה בעקבות זאת שסוכנת הדירה לא ענתה כלל לטלפון כדי לברר היכן ממוקם הבינין בו נמצאת הדירה נאלצנו להיות בחוץ משך 3 שעות עם שתי ילדות קטנות עד השעה 22.30 בלילה
