"I stayed here only 2 nights. the place itself is beautiful overlooking the mountain . Place was clean and vey comfortable. breakfast is very good and so is dinner. Now for the negative no receptionist to welcome you. If you go late you stay outside. Too many bus loads of hikers stay there and they are catered to 1st Since i did not get a paper of when to check out i did not know. If you want to stay an extra day and pay they will not accommodate. They open pool at 11:00a when people...

"Excellent stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and well appointed with every amenity we needed, including a minibar. Housekeeping was thorough with daily service, and the staff was consistently professional and attentive. The included breakfast was a standout—an outstanding buffet with a wide variety of traditional Romanian dishes, beautifully presented and genuinely delicious. A true gem of a hotel."

"Great location, clean room and good food. The staff can be more friendly and also more informe about local stuff. I asked few times about the Gondola rides, because of the weather and don´t have any idea, at least they can check the website in case someone asked. Among that, the hotel is very good!!"
