"The room was nicer on the inside than the exterior of the building suggests. However, this was an expensive stay for a cheap hotel. Unlikely I'll return "

"The English Inn of Charlottesville is wonderful. Very clean, quiet and comfortable with welcoming staff, delicious breakfast buffet with many options and even has an English tea time in the afternoon. "
"Professional staff, lively and lovely lobby with flora and fauna and really nice decorations; pretty hotel room. Quite clean. Our second stay in a matter of weeks. We plan to come again! "
Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Charlottesville
10/10 Excellent
"This is a new property that opened in the spring of 2025. It still had the shine of newness. It has very basic decor and limited amenities, this is by the brands design. We chose based on value and pet friendliness. All in, it was at least $100 less expensive (and for many properties the delta was much greater) than other options. We were in Charlottesville for a UVA football game and many hotels were priced accordingly. We chose value over other amenities, especially since we were not on property all that much over the weekend."
"This is all about value for money. The Red Roof Inn in Charlottesville delivers, and it's no charge pet policy is very much appreciated. The room is not spacious, but that's the only negative, way overwhelmed by positives in every other category."
"THIS is a guilty pleasure. Love the location and isolation of this property. They have a couple dining options and great room service.
Most importantly, they’re pet friendly and my “boys”, Louie and Logan are treated like rock stars.
Great walking grounds, and the rooms are fabulous where you just want to stay in and relax. "
