  • In the heart of the village of Barbizon, independent gite located on the first floor on courtyard and main street with a large kitchen with dining area, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower and WC . Equipped kitchen and bathroom. Electric heater in all rooms. Internet access. Laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine, dryer, table and iron. Access by the courtyard on which gives another gîte and the owners' accommodation.
    Close to shops, café, restaurants, galleries, museums. Barbizon is a village of painters, seat of a painting school of the 19th century whose best known representatives are Jean-François Millet and Théodore Rousseau as well as Jean-Baptiste Corot. Village chosen by them for its proximity to the forest where there are now many hiking trails and climbing sites.
