The property is now under new ownership and it’s so upsetting because the views are absolutely breathtaking but housekeeping is only done upon request and even when you request it they leave the room service dishes in the middle of the table and do t replace your towels. We had to arrange our own taxis and handle our own luggage. This property has a long way to go in the hospitality industry if they’re going to succeed!

Beautiful property with fantastic pool! Great check in with Front of house- Valentina. Lovely 2km walk into the closest town along the Tuscan Hills. Valentina was by far the best customer service experience! Organised dinner reservations for us, drove us into dinner. Organised taxis and all other requests. She went above and beyond! Only improvements would be to have access to an iron/ironing board and to offer bike hire.

Friendly and courteous staff. Beautiful views, very clean and amazing rooms. Great breakfast. Very close to Barberino Tavernalle town which was very pretty! Only 45 minutes to beautiful Florence and 30-40 minutes to San Gimignano and Siena. Definitely recommend this villa hotel and would definitely go back if I had the opportunity again to visit Tuscany!

Great location close to lots of exploration and 3 min drive from super market and the cutest little village for restrairants and a gorgeous pizza at Picu. We stayed in a two bed family apartment and was lovely eating breakfast on the lawn overlooking nature and the pool. Note that the other family apartment overlooks the cars so maybe request the nicest one. We got lots for our money BUT the pool area does need some investing in with paint falling off and looking generally a bit scruffy. But it was clean and lots of space!

Si je pouvais mettre 6 étoiles, je le ferais! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ L’emplacement est tout simplement magnifique. Le cadre est bucolique, paisible et idéal pour se reposer. La piscine est très agréable et la nourriture excellente. La lasagne est à couper le souffle! Le petit-déjeuner à volonté pour 10 euros était parfait, avec un excellent café. Ma chambre était spacieuse et disposait d’une cuisine, ce qui permettait de préparer des collations ou des repas. Dans mon cas, le petit-déjeuner était inclus, ce qui rend le prix très raisonnable. Le personnel a été formidable. Ils m’ont aidée à trouver et à réserver un taxi pour le lendemain. Je tiens aussi à remercier particulièrement un gentil monsieur d’origine sénégalaise qui étudiait en Italie. Il a retrouvé mes médicaments que j’avais échappés de ma bourse et a pris le temps de me les rapporter. J’ai vraiment apprécié sa gentillesse et son attention. Je vais certainement y retourner avec mon mari. La prochaine fois, je louerai une voiture pour explorer la Toscane. J’ai beaucoup voyagé en Italie, mais les paysages verdoyants de la Toscane ont un charme incomparable. Je pourrais facilement y passer une semaine pour me ressourcer. Tout était parfait. Super für Familien

Wir hatten ein zweistöckiges Familienappartment mit drei Duschbädern, Küche, Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern...sehr komfortabel. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nicht störend. Tolle Poolanlage. Frühstück für deutsche Verhältnisse okay. Das Personal überaus freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kritikpunkt: auf der Terrasse gab es keine Sonnenschirme, was es uns leider unmöglich machte, dort auch mal etwas Zeit zu verbringen.

Wer es sehr ruhig und einfach mag, ist hier genau richtig. Der einzige Lärm kommt vielleicht aus dem Nebenzimmer, das leider sehr hellhörig ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach und die Betten nur teilweise bequem. In der Küche gibt es weder Geschirrtücher noch Weingläser und keine Salatschüssel. Sehr spartanische Ausstattung die darauf schließen lässt, dass kochen nicht so erwünscht ist. Allerdings ist das Restaurant momentan geschlossen und die nächsten Restaurants sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Aussicht ist allerdings sagenhaft und der Pool ist sehr angenehm.
