Halfway between Florence and Siena this old renovated farmhouse, with all comforts, offers numerous possibilities to tourists who decide to stay there. Recommended for those who want to rest and enjoy the country life made of tranquility, fresh air, relaxation and good wine, recommended for families who will be able to let their children play free and without worries, recommended for animal lovers and finally also recommended for those who intend to use it as a base and then tour much of Tuscany beautiful, cosy working farm "Badia a Passignano", surrounded by vineyards. 4 apartments in the property. Above Badia a Passignano 10 km from the centre of San Donato in Poggio, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, 40 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. If you are looking for a typical Tuscan wine farm with great little cottage, this is it. This place can be hard to find (GPS) but it is quiet, clean, and it has awesome views. It was perfect for us.

Schönes Haus mit schönem Pool.

Verbesserungvorschläge: Warmes Wasser zum Duschen kommt erst nach Minuten. Dusche in die Jahre gekommen. Leider kein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern (Erwachsene und Kinder von Mücken, Krebelmücken und Wadenbeissern nachts total zerstochen) Eine der drei Klimaanlagen (kostest extra) lief nicht richtig) Besteck in der Küche war vom Blilligsten, also sehr einfach. Liegen auf dem Grundstück sind in die Jahre gekommen. Im Garten lagen Zigarettenkippen rum. Ein Fuchs stattete uns täglich ein Besuch ab und versuchte Lebensmittel zu stehlen (draussen) ! Zimmer haben wenig Stauraum. Fast keine Haken zum Aufhängen. Ein Badezimmer mit "Goldspiegel", so dass man sich nicht betrachten könnte. Steckeradapter notwendig. Auch nur wenige Stecker vorhanden. WLAN funktionierte mehr schlecht als recht (kostet extra). Bei der Ankunft hätte das Haus etwas schauberer sein können. Zimmertüren nicht abschliessbar. Der Grill ist eine Katastrophe. Es soll mit den Verbesserungsvoschlägen kein falscher Eindruck erweckt werden. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist okay. Wir hatten für mehr Geld schon schlechtere Unterkünfte gehabt. Wir (2 Familien mit je einem Kind) haben uns zwei Wochen dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Toskana

Das Objekt war bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten wirklich in Ordnung und lud zum entspannten Verweilen in der herrlichen Toskana ein. Die Lage war zwar etwas abseits, aber daher auch um so ruhiger und insgesamt erholsam. Ein eindrucksvolles Panorma in die toskanische Hügellandschaft und das Kloster direkt gegenüber rundeten den Eindruck positiv ab.

Toskana Ferienhaus

Die Lage des Ferienhaus war mitten in der Toskana mit einem tollen Panorama. Toskana, wie man sich sie vorstellt. Der Pool war wirklich super. Leider waren die Sitzgelegenheiten schon ziemlich abgenutzt und ein bequemes längeres Sitzen sowohl im Freien (schöne Terrasse) noch im Wohnzimmer nicht möglich. Das Essbesteck war ein Sammelsurium von irgendwelchen Teilen, es fehlte an Messern und Kaffelöffel. Was dazu führte, dass man trotz Spülmaschine nach jeder Mahlzeit spülen musste.

Erholung und Ruhe in angenehmer Umgebung

Das Haus bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Kloster Badia a Passignano.Nach längerem Suchen haben wir die Zufahrt zum Haus gefunden. Wir blieben fast drei Wochen, in der Toskana. Ausstattung der Küche ist gut (Abwaschmaschine / Tiefkühler etc.). Bettwäsche und Frottiertücher waren sauber. Wurden aber nur auf Nachfrage gewechselt. Ansonsten gab es wirklich nur eine minimalste Ausstattung an Abschwaschtabs, WC-Papier, Küchentücher etc.

la location a besoin d'une grosse rénovation :cuisines, sanitaires,pas de salon de jardin à l'endroit prévu ,accueil nul , wifi payant à ce tarif là ils font des bénéfices , honte à la climatisation payante chère dans une région ou il fait très chaud , absence de protection contre les insectes aux fenètres et au bord de la piscine, abords de la piscine insuffisamment sécurisésil s'agit de la deuxième fois qu'interhome est le loueur et nous sommes encore déçus
