Ideal place to discover the typical villages of Chianti and their cities of art. Beautiful, cosy country house "Badia a Passignano", surrounded by vineyards. Above Badia a Passignano 10 km from the centre of San Donato in Poggio, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, 40 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 12.Apr. - 25.Oct. pool opening hours: 08:00-21:00) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr..
