Beautiful base to explore the Chianti region.

A fantastic location to explore this area from, beautiful building in the heart of the region. Easily reach Florence and Siena and the fantastic wineries of Chianti from here, nive to relax in the pool area when you get back from a busy day exploring. Rooms comfortable and tradittionally furnished, air conditioned. There isn't a resteraunt and bar as such but they have recently started to serve a limited menu for the evenings and lunch, with a small buffet breakfast. All food we had was simple but good and excellent local wines. Would highly reccomend and will no doubt return.

Great Hotel, Great staff

Great place to stay, the hotel is located in a Castle so beautiful so spoiling with great view. The Hotel has the best view. Staff are very kind, always smiling and willing to help. We will surely come back.

Um paraíso na Toscana, porém atendimento zero

Pesquisamos bastante porque queríamos um lugar lindo e confortável. Sem dúvida essa bela construção na Toscana é um local quase perfeito. Lamentável foi termos reservado um quarto triplo com ar condicionado, frigobar e televisão, mas que nenhum desses itens funcionava. Fomos apresentados ao hotel por uma moça que não mencionou o problema no ar condicionado. Uma hora depois vimos um bilhete sobre a mesinha do quarto falando do defeito. Chamei a moça e mostrei que além de não funcionar o ar condicionado fazia barulho e formava gotas de água que poderiam cair em cima de uma das camas. Ela prometeu verificar porque disse que não tinha outro quarto triplo para nos acomodar. Pedimos ao menos um ventilador. Ela não instalou ventilador e nem sequer nos deu qualquer resposta. Depois percebemos o problema no frigobar e televisão, mas aí a portaria que funciona somente até as 20h já não tinha quem nos ouvisse. No momento do check out falamos tudo isso ao homem que estava atendendo e ele foi rude, sem nem ao menos se desculpar, oferecer qualquer sinal de atenção e vontade de remediar os problemas que enfrentamos. Enfim, um lugar lindo, uma construção perfeita, café da manhã mto bom, mas que pecou pela falta de atenção aos hóspedes diante de problemas técnico, que podem acontecer, mas que precisam ser muito bem remediados por quem responde pelo hotel.

fantastic b&b with amazing views

Stumbled on this place whilst searching for a place to stay near our visit to a vineyard. loved the amazing views. swimming pool on site. nice garden and paths with benches scattered around to sit and relax with your loved one. only stayed one night, but looking forward to returning soon. Also fantastic restaurant just next door that must not be missed. free wifi, hair dryer, soap, towels, fridge, tv all provided. good spread of food/juices/coffee/tea for breakfast buffet with cakes and biscuits too.
