Quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac, comfortable two-story house - approximately 85 m² - sleeps 6 - comprising on the ground floor a living room, lounge, fitted and equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, one bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a travel cot with mattress, bathroom, toilet, pantry with shower, garage, and upstairs a mezzanine with a 130 cm sofa bed. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, television, high chair, unusable fireplace. Partially enclosed garden/courtyard. Right of way to neighboring property. Garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Parking in the garden/courtyard. Pets not allowed. A cleaning fee of €108 is available. 2 Clévacances. Optional services not included, to be reserved 1 month prior to arrival and subject to availability:
