Le descriptif n’est pas conforme : il n’y a pas de futon dans la chambre avec les lits superposés, il s’agit du canapé lit du salon. Le logement nécessiterait un rafraîchissement.

Très bon emplacement pour concours hippique

À l’occasion d’un concours hippique, ma fille et moi avons séjourné dans cet appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Situé à 5mn du club hippique, c’était très pratique.

Très bon séjour

Appartement agréable et très bien équipé. Propriétaire à l’écoute et arrangeant. La résidence est calme et possède des équipements intéressants. L’air de jeux a beaucoup plu. Petit bémol pour les piscines que nous avons trouvé un peu sales ( feuilles, touffes de cheveux, chewing-gum et insectes morts ). Vu les horaires d’ouverture, des passages de robot et un coup de jet d’eau sur les plages auraient été appréciés. Trop peu de transats aussi face à des gens inciviles qui “réservent” en laissant leur serviettes sur les transats, mais qui ne reviennent que plus tard… Il semble qu’il y ait un restaurant aussi, mais nous ne l’avons jamais vu ouvert… dommage. Sinon la résidence est très bien placée avec des commerces à 5 minutes et de très beaux villages à visiter.

Très bon séjour à Barbaste

Propriétaire très cordial, et arrangeant sur l'horaire de départ. La résidence est parfaite pour des vacances tranquilles. Sur place 2 piscines (qui demanderaient un peu plus d'entretien) permettent de se rafraichir. Il y a un 1 ou 2 grandes surfaces à 5 minutes. On a visité le splendide village de Nérac, avec l'appli (gratuite) Tera aventura. Fait du mini Golf et de l'accrobranche au parc ludique situé à 8 minutes. le logement lui même est vraiment spacieux et bien entretenu. Excellentes vacances entre amis.

Séjour bien mais incomplet

La location est située dans une copropriété qui inclut un club de vacances (pas cette location). C’était assez confisant à l’arrivée. Une des deux piscines n’était pas en service. C’était malheureusement un des critères important de notre choix. Le club de vacances était assez désagréable quand on leur a demandé quand la piscine serait fonctionnelle. On a pu en profiter qu’une seule fois… sur une semaine il y a des activités sympas dans les environs donc ça a a compensé

un super appartement

De concours équestre à Barbara, nous avons réservé ce logement, que puis-je dire tout était parfait, l'accueil extraordinaire, une très bonne communication, un logement spacieux, très bien décoré, très bien agencé avec une terrasse, une chambre parentale magnifique, très propre, très bien équipé. Des que nous revenons à Barbaste nous le relouerons, vous pouvez le louer les yeux fermés, en plus il y a un parking pour se garer et je pense que l'été où il est placé cela doit être superbe car il y a piscine restauration etc...et on est très proche de la ville et des autres villes voisines à visiter. Merci erci encore pour ce super séjour

Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Propriétaire très accueillant et à disposition. Dommage que le restaurant était fermé à cette période là. Je recommande fortement la location auprès de cette personne . C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

super appartement

Merci, un super accueil. Appartement très agréable avec suite parentale. Une terrasse pour prendre ses repas et se délasser au soleil. Résidence top avec piscine. Les petits et les grands ont trouvé des activités à faire (tennis, volley, basket…). Déconnection totale car très peu de réseau. Pas de laverie sur le site pas très pratique mais ça ne m’empêchera pas de revenir.
