In a small place in the southern pa.crt of peninsula Istria you will find a beautiful 5-star villa Kanco (400 m2) with amazing mountain view and picturesque green environment. Villa was designed by art, verdy talented designer awarded two times in a row by distinguished Lon3don prize. Villa consist of four bedrooms, each in other color, and every room has its lounge and her own bathroom. There are also two separat6.hed bathrooms, a big kitchen and living room with a cozy couch. charming fireplace and special entertainment for children – playstation 4 . Living and all bedrooms have LED television and all areas have air condition. Vila is sf54rj.fuitable for 10 persons. Vila has also a relaxing room with jacuzzi and sauna. Villa is surrounded with 1000 m2 of green lawn, 50 m2 swimming pool (with massage function) and its stone beach with covered terrace and a big wooden table. In the nearby, you will find another smaller building (100 m2) – game room with table tennis, table football, billiard, Picado and also an inner grill. On the outside there is also an exterior grill. In the backyard there is entertainment for children ; swing, toboggan, trampoline, all surrounded with olives, flowers and green fence. The villa has tree parking places. Villa Kanco is located in the place Frkeči close to the small town Barban. Nearby beaches are located in places called Krnica, Rabac, Rakalj approximately 15 km from the villa, and 40 km from beautiful famous tocuristic pearls such as Rovinj, Poreč, Vrsar, Rabac. Villa is suitable for renting in winter time because it has heating all over the house.

Alen at Villa Kanco was friendly and easy to work with. His property was beautiful and perfect for what we looked for. The rooms and home were clean ad the set up was excellent for our 8 guests. It was situated in a lovely part of Istria, Croatia which was convenient to the several places we visited. The amenities; hot tub, sauna, pool, pool table, table tennis and fuss ball equipment were in good condition and we spent many hours of our free time in friendly competition. For us, Villa Kanco was a hidden jewel for our family and many thought it would be hard to top in the future. We would gladly return.

Schöner hätte es nicht sein können!

Wir haben im Juli zu zehnt 10 Tage Urlaub in Alens Unterkunft gemacht. Angekommen, wartete Alen bereits mit einer Flasche kaltem Weißwein und selbstgemachtem Schnaps zur Begrüßung auf uns. Die Unterkunft war einfach nur perfekt, es fehlte an nichts und Alen war zu jeder Zeit für unsere Frage da und hat uns sogar zwischendurch mit leckerem Nachtisch versorgt. Vor allem der Pool und das Gästehaus mit Tischkicker, Tischtennisplatte, Dart und Billiard sind ein absolutes Highlight. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für alles Alen, Du bist spitze.

Wir waren im Juni 10 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Objekt und waren rundum zufrieden.Es hat an nichts gefehlt ,ob in der Küche oder den sonstigen Räumen. Die einzelnen Zimmer sind sehr großzügig bemessen und gut ausgestattet.Pool perfekt von Größe und Zustand ,Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden. die umliegenden Ausflüge und Orte sind sehr zentral aus dem Landesinneren zu erreichen.Ein gelungener Urlaub in Istrien.

Wohlfühl-Faktor

Wir waren im Juli für eine Woche mit 5 Erwachsenen, zwei Kindern und zwei Hunden in der Villa Kanco und hatten eine super Zeit, alles war perfekt und wir konnten sehr gut entspannen! Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit liebe gemacht. Ebenso perfekt war der große Pool und das wirklich große (komplett eingezäunte) Grundstück. Auch die Betreuung war super! Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist bei Fragen immer sehr schnell verfügbar und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen Dank Alen, wir kommen sehr gerne bald wieder!

Schöner Familienurlaub

Alles wie beschrieben, nicht gleich leicht zu finden gewesen. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Für alle was dabei gewesen, Hobbyraum ist super mit vielen Kindern. Whirlpool etwas separat, super für eine kleine Auszeit. Landschaft wunderschön, Fahrt zum nächsten Strand ca.40 min. Gerne wieder, war ein toller Urlaub!

Sehr schöne Villa

Sehr sauber, tolle Villa. Wir fahren gerne nach Porec deswegen ein wenig weit für uns entfernt. Es war aber für alle ein toller Urlaub, das Haus ist super. Die Fotos lassen das Haus wesentlich größer erscheinen als es ist, aber trotzdem wunderbar.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Haus ein Traum!! Genau wie die Bilder es zeigen! Der Pool war ebenso genial! Wir werden sicherlich nicht das letzte mal in der Location gewesen sein! Wir haben sogar ein traditionelles Frühstück serviert bekommen und mit Alen hatten wir gleich einen guten Draht! Eine Woche Traumurlaub!

Wir können den negativ Bewertungen wirklich nicht zustimmen! Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt & es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht :) Die komplette Anlage war super super sauber! Das ganze Haus ist perfekt geplant, man hat wirklich bis Abends Sonne am Pool und kann im August sicher bis spät in die Nacht baden. Das Poolhaus wie wir es genannt haben ist genial! Man hat dort alles was man zum spielen & feiern benötigt und stört im Haupthaus niemanden der schon ins Bett will. Es war eine Woche Urlaub voller Entspannung! Hinzu kommt die lieben Vermieter des Gebäudes! DANKE ALEN & Barbara, ihr seid wirklich spitze! Es wird alle zwei Tage geschaut ob alles in Ordnung ist und wir wurden sehr lecker kroatisch bekocht. Es war so schön! Wir buchen das Haus ganz bestimmt wieder und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Leider ist das Haus sehr Renovierungsbedürftig. Die Online Bilder sind nicht Aktuell. (bestiimmt schon 5 Jahre alt) Whirlpool war defekt und sehr stark verschmutzt.

Villa spettacolare

Bellissima villa super accessoriata sulle colline istriane. Esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio: nella villa non manca nulla, fin nei minimi dettagli. Spazi ampi e ben organizzati, perfetti per 2 o 3 nuclei familiari. Grande giardino, anche per gli amici a quattro zampe. Accoglienza e cortesia squisite da parte dei proprietari. Perfetta soluzione per chi cerca relax e riservatezza, dopo una giornata al mare. Le spiagge sono a circa mezz'ora di auto, mentre il supermercato (ben fornito) è a 5 minuti di auto, raggiungibile anche con le bici a disposizione degli ospiti in villa. Vacanza memorabile, che ci è rimasta nel cuore!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Wir haben dort eine wundervolle Woche verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Sehr sauber, top ausgestattet und hervorragende Kommunikation mit den sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Zum Strand und großen Supermarkt sind es etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ein kleinerer Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe in Barban.

Nice Family Get Away

This home is a great get away for your young family. There are plenty of activities in the house to keep the children happy and a very relaxing atmosphere for the adults. The house had everything we needed. The location was optimal for exploring Isteria and located near a small village with a market and a few local restaurants. The hosts were very response and welcoming.

Was een heerlijke vakantie

Villa Kanco wat een heerlijk huis . We waren met 5 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen. Wat een vriendelijk ontvangst omdat we laat aan kwamen was aan alles gedacht wijntje bier limonade kaas worst cake snoepje melk brood echt super super lief daar waren we heel blij mee.. En wat zag het er allemaal schoon en netjes uit . Alles was heerlijk het zwembad de jacuzzi de sauna. Het buitenhuis met o.a biljart tafeltennis , en de binnengril die we heel veel gebruikt hebben echt top hoor. Ook waren we uitgenodigd om bij de huiseigenaren (die er naast wonen maar daar totaal geen last van hadden)te komen eten wat was dat heerlijk en zo vriendelijk voor ons en de kleintjes was echt een ervaring en helemaal top. De slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden en allemaal tv en eigen badkamer en zo geluidloos heerlijk er zaten luiken voor alle ramen dus lekker donker en stil. De woonkamer en keuken lekker ruim we hebben genoten van een heerlijke vakantie . Echt een aanrader. Genoeg dingen om te doen op rijafstand van ongeveer 40 minuten en prachtige mooie wandelgebieden zoals Kamenjak, Ucka . Nationaal park Brjuni , Pula , Rabac en Motavun is zeker leuk om te bezoeken. En we zijn zelfs 2x naar dinopark Funtana geweest zo leuk voor de kleintjes. Voor boodschappen kan je naar barban maar bv een liddl vind je in Labin. We hebben heel veel genoten.
