. Good hotel, comfortable rooms. Staff polite and very obliging. However, on several occasions the room service and requests took a long time to be fulfilled and at times not fulfilled at all. Breakfast was very good, but the live action items were very slow and once again on several occasions our orders did not come through and had to be chased a few times. Overall a comfortable and good stay. Management should work on looking at speeding up some service...
