"The front desk was extremely rude to me and said that they did not have my reservation, all the rooms are fully booked and told me to find somewhere else to stay. After a while of me not leaving because I already paid, they gave me a manager to speak to on the phone who told me I had to pay and extra 160 euros (on top of what I already paid through expedia) then they can give me a room. The room they offered was not even the room with a balcony sea view that I originally booked through Expedia....

"Overall a great place to stay. We had a couple of issues on our first day but these were resolved immediately. The apartments were difficult to find despite the owner's instructions. We were asked to call in at Restaurant Parma who would phone the owners for us but they were quite unhelpful. Maybe the owners could provide a pinpoint on a map rather than directions?
