兎に角、古い。室内の全面リフォームが必要なレベル。13階前後にクラリオンって表示があり、日本の音響機器メーカーの名前だから、恐らくKARAOKEかKTVだろうと楽しみにしていたら、既に閉鎖されていて廃墟になっていた。
