"Hot tub was clean. We did scoop out stuff daily to keep it cleaner. Kitchen is set up nicely. Everything you would need in it, (except a casserole dish, LOL) Bedrooms are awesome and I love the bathrooms. Outside patio is so relaxing. Love the little gas fire pit. Outside grill was clean and we used it everyday! "

We had our evening cocktails by the fire pit, looking at the stars and listening to the cicada or crickets. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. This place had everything that we needed to use as a base camp as we explored the thrift shops in Carbondale, the antique stores in Carterville, and hiking at Giant City State Park. "
