"The girl at counter initially helpful- one employee down- so she had too Much to do- graduation weekend- chaos- our room was not acceptable- ac malfunctioning, no other room available - banking like crazy - girl couldn’t help - overwhelmed With customers. Booked thru Expedia- so they intervened and we got our money back- the hotel initially didn’t want to do that. Maybe other times the hotel is ok- might be just one off"

"LOUD. So so loud. Our air conditioner made this incredible noise like it was full of mice any time it turned on. People were running up and down the hallways screaming. Our door was loudly knocked on several times for no reason. The front desk staff was incredibly unfriendly, first allowing some other jerk to cut in front of me while loudly acknowledging he was doing so. Then didn't tell us any information - nothing about WiFi, parking, breakfast etc. Was visibly annoyed when I asked. This is way too expensive for what's at best a 2 star experience. The Wifi was poor, breakfast wasn't included. It's not at all worth what you pay. The only redeeming factor was the waitstaff in the restaurant was kind."
