This recently renovated cabin is tucked away in a peaceful setting on a private road with no through traffic and seasonal mountain views, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin is designed for families, friends, and furry companions to reconnect and recharge. 2 miles from the Beech Mountain Resort parking with access from the lower side to avoid traffic during ski season!

On the main level, you will find an open floorplan with a gas log fireplace in the great room and direct access to an elevated deck with seasonal mountain views and plenty of seating as well as a primary king bedroom and full bath. On the first floor are three bedrooms, including a second primary king suite, a king guest room and a dedicated kid's room complete with two twin beds and their own TV with each offering comfort and a space to unwind. This home has three full bathrooms, so everyone has room for their wake up, and bedtime routines.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee lover in mind! We offer a French press, Keurig pod style, and drip coffee makers. Along with stainless steel appliances, crock pot, plenty of cookware for your family meals and a huge gas grill with all the tools needed for grilling and chilling.

Adventure awaits, just outside your door you will find a private and peaceful setting with plenty of seating on the elevated deck and an outdoor firepit area just off the back deck for relaxing under the stars. Take a short hike to the nearby trailhead for a scenic trek on lower pond creek trail or explore around the house with plenty of room for kids and pets to run. Perfect for nature lovers of all ages! This mountain home is pet friendly, so your four-legged family members do not have to miss out on the adventure!

About Beech Mountain - BMT is a resort community that has a lot to do and there's always something happening in the area! Some notable events would include:
· Beech Mountain Resort hosts mountain bike trails, lessons, disk golf & summer concerts every Saturday in the summer. In the winter you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, the Beech Mountain Brewery, coffee shops, great restaurants, tubing, sledding as well as the Burton learn to ride center
· All of Beech Mountain requires 4 wheel drive in times of heavy snow, this home has street level parking available with stairs
· Concerts every Sat. in the summer on the decks at 5506' Sky bar as well as Mile High Yoga (a great way to start your day! Can also walk to chairlifts!)
· June is Family Fun month with different events each weekend
· At nearby Grandfather Mountain you'll find the famous mile high swinging bridge & in the summer Grandfather Mountain Highland Games and the long running Wooly Worm Festival
· Land of OZ's Journey with Dorothy
· Wineries are always fun, and two close options would be the Banner Elk Winery or Grandfather Mountain Winery. (Both being family friendly)

Additional notes:
- This home allows up to 3 dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet plus taxes.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with one week's notice. You'll receive two bundles per night for $25 plus tax.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
