The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

TRASH must be disposed of IN BAGS in the community trash building at the top of the lot near Building A. Properly close the door (bears!).

Please gather all used towels in either shower floor. Please turn off the fireplace and all inside lights (outside porch lights are okay to be on).

Please ensure upstairs and downstairs are locked when leaving: upstairs keyless (when jiggled) and downstairs manual from the inside.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pets are allowed

Service animals are welcome, and are exempt from fees
