Nestled into the heart of the Skyleaf community just three miles from Sugar Mountain Resort, this one-bedroom condo is perfect for a romantic weekend away. In the summer, you’ll love the nearby mountain biking, hiking, public tennis courts, and golf course. In the winter, you'll have the best ski access on the mountain, because there is a bus stop located at the edge of the condominium complex that will take you right to the lifts.

At the condo itself, start the day with a cup of coffee on the spacious deck boasting lovely mountain and valley views. When you get hungry, step inside the full kitchen to make some breakfast, and then eat together at the adjacent dining table. This home was renovated in 2021 with fresh paint, appliances, brand-new furniture, partial air-conditioning, and heating from two mini-split units, so expect a sparkling, fresh stay. After a full day on the slopes or trails, the fireplace will keep everyone cozy while you watch the falling snow from the warmth of your living area. No matter your adventure here at Sugar Mountain, it's not far away - all that’s left to do is book!

Great Sugar Mtn Condo

This condo is a perfect place to enjoy the NC mountains. Quiet, clean, in a beautiful setting and close to amenities. I have stayed here three or four times over the last year or two and it's been a great place to stay.

Anniversary Getaway

Very clean space. Quiet and relaxing. Mattress needs to be updated or have a topper put on it. Unit is on main floor but you have to go down about 20 steps total. This is hard for seniors, someone with issues climbing stairs and all that you have to unload. Overall we had a great time!

This unit was sufficient. If you are simply looking for a safe, relatively quiet place that isn’t as expensive as others in the area. This will do. It felt like staying at grandma’s apartment which is a little outdated and has some quirks. If I was planning a relaxing retreat where I’d spend most of my time in the unit, I would opt for another place that is likely more expensive.

Amazing place to stay!

Its an amazing place to stay on the top of the mountain with many near by places to visit. Its a memorable experience we will come back in near future. If you are new to mountain driving plan your.vacation during full moon time or reach before sunset. In the skyleaf drive the google map is directing towards building E instead of building C. As we reached the place in the midnight faced difficulty in finding the building due to the maps. Its always best carry a good flash light.
