We had a great stay! The small touches made it feel extra homey! The kitchen had most everything you’d need to cook/bake, and the beds were clean and comfortable! Great view and location!

First thoughts were, when we walked in it smelled great! Not musty or stale. That was lovely. Everything about our stay was perfect. The linens were high quality and there was plenty of them. The kitchen was fully stocked with well maintained supplies. Cooking for my family of 7 was no problem. The views were gorgeous. And we loved all the deer we saw constantly. The only thing I would say was a "negative" was the spiral stairs and that's only because our dogs couldn't walk up them so we had to go outside and walk around to the upper door. My kids however, LOVED them.

What a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed and then some. The kids never wanted to leave! Great central location for all our activities. Looking forward to staying again in the spring, we hope!

What a charming and cozy house! The antique furniture was beautiful and yet the house was very kid friendly with books, toys, and games. We have a 7 yo, 4 yo, and 10 month old who is crawling and pulling up/cruising on furniture. We had to block the stairs with a chair when we let her crawl around, but we never felt like she was unsafe. The two tv/sitting areas were really cozy and great places to hang out. The game room and selection of board games was great. We played Clue almost every night. The kitchen is well stocked with really nice cookware and appliances. Tons of hooks (to hang clothes, jackets, and towels) and places for shoes. So many little details that made for a really comfortable stay. And the view was incredible. Huge windows to enjoy it from inside and two porches to enjoy from the outside. Highly recommend!

House was nice, short drive to slope, overall a good stay, beautiful views. The soap provided had some sort of bugs in it and the dishwasher was full when we arrived, other than that it was great.

Valentine’s Weekend

Short but sweet trip with our kids and their friends. Location was perfect! Loved the two seperate living room areas- parents on one floor and teens on the other! Fireplace was perfect after being in the cold all day! Would definitely return!

Wonderful stay

The property has an amazing view with all the household necessities with plenty of space for 6 people. The beds and blankets were very clean. The owner Kristy is super responsive and helpful. We really loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

Relaxing getaway

This was exactly what we needed! We had a nice clean space to be at night and we went out during the day! Everything is 40 minutes away so it’s the perfect location!!

Excellent location and beautiful home!

We loved this house. Being so close to the lodge for snowboarding, it was great that it wasn’t a hike after being on the slopes all day. The house had everything we needed, including a great view overlooking everything around us. Very much recommend this home for anyone who wants to get away!

Cozy mountain cabin

The house is the perfect size for up to 8 people. It is well stocked with books, games, and everything you need in a kitchen (sans food). The views are wonderful and the deer are plentiful. I plan to book again soon!

Beautiful home

We loved the house and the view. We were there for a wedding so there was very little time to enjoy the house. Next time we plan to have more hanging out time to relax and enjoy the benefits of the property.

Mother/Daughter Mountain Getaway

This home was warm and cozy with incredible views. Everything that we needed was provided and we loved the extra touches like the bath soap and fluffy towels. We brought board games with us but there were plenty of games and books for guests that needed them. We loved our stay at this property and would definitely stay here again. Kristy was great with communication and wanted to make sure that we were taken care of. We highly recommend this VRBO if you need a nice place to stay in Beech Mountain.

Mountain Retreat

We had an amazing time during our stay on Beech Mountain. There were so many enjoyable activities to do, and we even got to experience a late-season all-day snow! We loved how close the house was to the ski slopes. The kids were delighted by the house, thinking it was a fun tree house. As for me, my favorite thing was the video game machine - it was such a fun and nostalgic surprise! Thank you for providing us with a fun weekend. We definitely plan to return.
