Main Living Area
Step inside to find a bright and airy great room with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and a stunning floor-to-ceiling electric fireplace. Comfortable seating is arranged to take in both the views and the warmth of the fire, while a large TV offers entertainment after a day of mountain adventures. The open layout flows seamlessly into the well-stocked kitchen and nearby dining area, making it easy to enjoy meals together with family and friends.
Outdoor Amenities
Step out onto the main level deck and take in the crisp mountain air and seasonal views. Lounge on cushioned seating, grill up a feast on the gas BBQ, or soak your cares away in the hot tub under the custom pavilion—ideal in every season. Down below, gather around the fire pit for s'mores, stories, and stargazing.
Sleeping Arrangements
Fern Leaf Lodge comfortably accommodates guests across six sleeping areas spread over three levels. On the main level, you'll find a Queen master suite with a private ensuite and shower, as well as a second Queen bedroom and a cozy bedroom with a single Twin bed—these two rooms share a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the semi-enclosed loft features two Twin beds and a convenient attached half bath, offering a bit of privacy while maintaining an open feel. On the lower level, there's a private Queen bedroom adjacent to a full hall bathroom with a tub/shower, and the spacious den includes a set of double-over-double bunk beds with a twin trundle, ideal for kids or additional guests.
Entertainment for Everyone
The fun doesn't stop inside! The lower-level den is perfect for kids and adults alike, including a TV area with a comfortable sectional sofa, a foosball game table, and plenty of board games.
Location Highlights
Located just minutes from the entrance to Beech Mountain Ski Resort, you'll be perfectly positioned for winter sports, the annual Autumn at Oz festival, and year-round adventure. Downtown Banner Elk and other High Country destinations are a short drive away, offering activities such as horseback riding, UTV tours, alpine coasters, white water rafting, and more. Trout fishing streams and the Buckeye Recreation Center are also nearby, and we can connect you with the area's best fly fishing guides.

Dog Friendly: Up to 2 dogs allowed with an additional pet fee
Winter Travel: From November through April, 4WD/AWD vehicles with good tires are required. Snow chains may also be necessary due to the high elevation on Beech Mountain.
